The wonderful connection between Zhejiang Anji white tea and Anhui Dingyuan is writing a brilliant chapter in China's cross-regional tea industry cooperation. Three years ago, when tea-making technicians from Huangdu Village in Anji County tasted the white tea grown in Liangting Village, Nengren Township, Dingyuan County, they couldn't help but exclaim: "We never expected the white tea grown here to taste exactly like our Anji white tea!"

这场跨越省份的产业合作始于2019年，能仁乡的王祥路偶然结识了浙江安吉黄杜村的种茶朋友。经过土壤检测，发现两地土质相似度高达95%。如今，凉亭村的白茶供不应求，数千亩荒山变成了"金山银山"。

This cross-provincial industrial cooperation began in 2019 when Wang Xianglu from Nengren Township met a tea-growing friend from Huangdu Village in Anji, Zhejiang. Soil tests showed a 95% similarity between the two locations. Today, Liangting Village's white tea is in short supply, and thousands of acres of barren mountains have been transformed into "gold and silver mountains".

产业发展：从17万棵幼苗到4000亩茶园

王祥路的故事是定远白茶产业发展的缩影。他最初投入全部家当，从安吉引进17万棵白茶树幼苗。如今他的茶山已发展至160余亩，儿子也放弃外地工作专心学习种茶技术。

Wang Xianglu's story epitomizes the development of Dingyuan's white tea industry. He initially invested all his savings to introduce 170,000 white tea seedlings from Anji. Today, his tea plantation has expanded to over 160 acres, and his son has given up his job elsewhere to focus on learning tea-growing techniques.

能仁乡充分发挥山场优势，目前白茶种植面积近500亩，预计到2025年将达到4000亩左右。当地政府出台多项激励政策，包括每亩400-800元的奖补，并为大面积种植区提供基础设施配套。

Nengren Township has fully utilized its mountainous advantages, with current white tea cultivation covering nearly 500 acres, expected to reach about 4,000 acres by 2025. The local government has introduced multiple incentive policies, including subsidies of 400-800 yuan per acre and infrastructure support for large-scale planting areas.

经安徽省农科院茶叶研究所检测，能仁乡白茶氨基酸和茶多酚含量均达到安吉白茶上乘水平，市场价格每斤800-1300元，亩均收入可达4000元。

Tests by the Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences Tea Research Institute show that Nengren Township's white tea contains amino acids and tea polyphenols at levels comparable to premium Anji white tea, with market prices ranging from 800-1,300 yuan per jin (500g) and per-acre income reaching 4,000 yuan.

凉亭村与安吉黄杜村建立了"白茶跨区域协作联盟"，定期邀请白茶专家进行技术指导。这种"东茶西移"的模式不仅保留了安吉白茶的优良品质，更为西部山区开辟了新的致富路径。

Liangting Village has established a "Cross-Regional White Tea Cooperation Alliance" with Huangdu Village in Anji, regularly inviting white tea experts for technical guidance. Nengren Township has not only developed the white tea industry but also attracted key enterprises. Anhui Zule Group's Tesla Footwear invested 30 million yuan in a loofah cloth shoe project, with expected annual output value reaching 600 million yuan, which will drive the township's loofah planting industry.

定远县将22个乡镇分为4个片区，每季度实施"竞技赛马"，形成了"一户一处景、一村一幅画、一线一风光"的发展格局，"北拂晓南二龙"的发展模式在全县蔚然成风。

Dingyuan County divided its 22 townships into 4 zones, implementing a "competitive horse racing" evaluation each quarter, forming a development pattern of "each household a scene, each village a painting, each route a landscape". The development model of "North Fuxiao South Erlong" has become prevalent throughout the county.
