益阳海关广泛开展"海关政策巡回宣讲""关长送政策上门""关长在线访谈"等活动，对国务院办公厅印发的《关于加快内外贸一体化发展的若干措施》5个方面18项措施进行深度解读。
Yiyang Customs has extensively carried out activities such as "Customs Policy Roadshows", "Customs Chief Delivers Policies to Enterprises", and "Customs Chief Online Interviews", providing in-depth interpretation of the 18 measures across 5 aspects in the "Several Measures on Accelerating the Integrated Development of Domestic and Foreign Trade" issued by the General Office of the State Council.

Firmly Grasping the Lifeline of Dark Tea Quality and Safety
益阳海关建立健全企业帮扶机制，搭建关企交流服务平台，成立工作专班，严格督促出口茶叶生产企业在原料验收、产品检测等关键控制点自检自控。
Yiyang Customs has established and improved enterprise assistance mechanisms, built a customs-enterprise communication service platform, and set up special task forces to strictly supervise export tea manufacturers in self-inspection and self-control at key control points such as raw material acceptance and product testing.

Inter-Customs Cooperation Opens New Channels
在长沙海关与上海等12个直属海关建立通关监管合作机制的基础上，益阳海关进一步强化与乌鲁木齐海关、拉萨海关、满洲里海关等边关的沟通联系。
Building upon the customs clearance supervision cooperation mechanism established between Changsha Customs and 12 other direct subordinate customs including Shanghai, Yiyang Customs has further strengthened communication with border customs such as Urumqi Customs, Lhasa Customs, and Manzhouli Customs.

益阳海关助力益阳本土企业参与进博会、中非经贸博览会等展会，帮助企业开展商务洽谈，打开合作路径。
Yiyang Customs has assisted local enterprises in Yiyang to participate in exhibitions such as the China International Import Expo and the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, helping enterprises conduct business negotiations and open up cooperation pathways.
2023年，益阳海关监管出口黑茶共31.6吨、9.15万美元，其中就有28.8吨边销茶首次以边境小额贸易方式出口至尼泊尔。
In 2023, Yiyang Customs supervised the export of 31.6 tons of dark tea worth $91,500, including 28.8 tons of border-sale tea exported to Nepal for the first time through border small-scale trade.
