新华社太原3月6日电(记者王飞航)山西省农业厅最新消息显示,为促进山西果业对外开放和产业升级,山西将投入37.04亿元重点建设运城水果出口平台

Xinhua News Taiyuan March 6 (Reporter Wang Feihang) According to the latest announcement from Shanxi Agricultural Department, the province will invest 3.704 billion yuan to establish a specialized fruit export platform in Yuncheng, aiming to boost international trade and industrial upgrading of local fruit industry.

近年来,山西水果特别是运城水果持续出口"一带一路"沿线国家。2015年运城苹果首次代表中国出口美国,2016年运城油桃首次出口澳大利亚,2017年吉县苹果成功进入美澳市场,标志着山西水果已达到国际高端市场质量标准。

In recent years, Shanxi fruits especially from Yuncheng have been continuously exported to Belt and Road countries. Landmark achievements include: Yuncheng apples first exported to U.S. in 2015, Yuncheng peaches first shipped to Australia in 2016, and Jixian apples entering both markets in 2017 - proving Shanxi fruits meet stringent international quality standards.

出口增长迅猛:2011年以来,山西水果出口量年均增长超50%,目前水果出口量和出口额占全省农产品出口的82%以上。

Rapid Export Growth: Since 2011, Shanxi's fruit exports have grown over 50% annually, currently accounting for 82% of the province's total agricultural exports by volume and value.

平台建设规划:山西将打造"一体两翼"的运城水果出口平台。"一体"指建设运城、临汾两大果品生产和出口基地;"两翼"包括建立完善的检验检疫体系和综合服务体系。

Platform Construction Plan: The "One Body, Two Wings" strategy includes: making Yuncheng and Linfen core production/export bases (the Body), while establishing complete inspection/quarantine systems and professional service systems (the Wings).

发展目标:到2020年实现水果出口50万吨,2025年达100万吨。标准化果园占比超50%,出口注册果园面积达100万亩。

Development Targets: Export 500,000 tons by 2020 and 1 million tons by 2025. Over 50% orchards to meet standardized production requirements, with 1 million mu (666,667 hectares) certified for export.

营销网络布局:将在京津冀、长三角等重点区域建设直销窗口,并在天津、青岛等口岸城市设立外商采购专区。

Marketing Network: Establishing direct sales channels in key regions like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta, plus specialized foreign buyer zones in port cities including Tianjin and Qingdao.
