商务部加快内外贸一体化改革 助力企业双循环发展
北京12月26日电 - 商务部新闻发言人何咏前在26日的发布会上表示，商务部将加快推进内外贸一体化改革，通过打通堵点卡点、优化发展环境，助力企业在国内国际两个市场实现顺畅切换。
Beijing, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) - He Yongqian, spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, stated at a press conference on the 26th that the ministry will accelerate integrated domestic-foreign trade reforms by removing bottlenecks and optimizing the development environment to help enterprises smoothly transition between domestic and international markets.
在促进内外贸规则制度衔接方面，商务部发挥促进内外贸一体化发展部际工作机制作用，已推动95项重点工作有序展开。值得注意的是，我国国际标准转化率已超过83%，体现了在标准认证衔接方面取得的显著进展。
Regarding the alignment of domestic and foreign trade rules, the ministry has leveraged the inter-ministerial coordination mechanism to promote 95 key tasks. Notably, China's international standards adoption rate has exceeded 83%, demonstrating significant progress in standards alignment.
试点工作成效显著：商务部深化内外贸一体化试点，9个试点地区已完成80%的试点任务，形成10个可全国复制推广的典型案例。同时，组织各地开展30余场供需对接活动，支持优质外贸产品进入国内商超、商圈和电商平台。
Pilot Programs Show Remarkable Results: The ministry has deepened pilot reforms in 9 regions, completing 80% of pilot tasks and producing 10 replicable case studies. Additionally, over 30 supply-demand matching events have been organized to help quality export products enter domestic supermarkets, commercial districts, and e-commerce platforms.
这些措施将有效帮助企业更好地适应"双循环"新发展格局，提升我国企业在全球价值链中的竞争力。商务部表示将继续完善政策体系，为企业创造更优的发展环境。
These measures will effectively help enterprises adapt to the new "dual-circulation" development paradigm and enhance their competitiveness in global value chains. The ministry pledged to continue improving the policy framework to create a better development environment for businesses.
