古丈红茶首次通过"跨境一锁"模式出口香港 1.3万件茶叶高效通关
华声在线8月28日讯（全媒体记者 彭可心 通讯员 刘如山）8月27日，在湘西海关监管下，古丈县牛角山生态农业科技开发有限公司生产的1.3万件红茶，以"跨境一锁"模式发运出口香港。这是古丈县茶叶首次以"跨境一锁"模式出口。
Huasheng Online, August 28 (Reporter Peng Kexin, Correspondent Liu Rushan) On August 27, under the supervision of Xiangxi Customs, 13,000 cases of black tea produced by Guzhang Niujiao Mountain Ecological Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd were exported to Hong Kong via the "Cross-border Single Lock" mode. This marks the first time Guzhang tea has been exported using this innovative customs clearance method.
"跨境一锁"模式是长沙、深圳、香港三地海关携手合作的改革成果，通过监管互认、执法互助、信息互享，并结合卫星定位、卡口直连等新技术，实现货物在三地口岸之间自动快速验放。这一模式可有效降低企业通关和物流成本，为湖南进出口货物打通了一条融入粤港澳大湾区、联结全球的高效便捷通道。
The "Cross-border Single Lock" mode is a collaborative achievement between the customs administrations of Changsha, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. It features mutual recognition of supervision, law enforcement assistance, information sharing, and incorporates new technologies like satellite positioning and direct checkpoint connections to enable automatic and rapid clearance of goods between the three ports. This model significantly reduces customs clearance and logistics costs for enterprises, creating an efficient channel for Hunan's import and export goods to integrate with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and connect globally.
古丈县种茶、制茶、饮茶历史悠久，茶园总面积达20万亩，全县近90%的村寨种植茶叶，70%的农业人口直接或间接从事茶产业。为支持古丈县茶叶出口，湘西海关多次深入当地茶企调研，面对面倾听企业真实想法和诉求，全面支持当地茶企出海。截至目前，已指导古丈3家茶园完成出口茶叶种植场备案，备案面积达12500亩。2023年至今，推动古丈茶叶出口至比利时、意大利等国，出口总量149吨。
Guzhang County boasts a long history of tea cultivation, production, and consumption, with total tea plantation area reaching 200,000 mu (about 13,333 hectares). Nearly 90% of villages in the county grow tea, and 70% of the agricultural population is directly or indirectly engaged in the tea industry. To support Guzhang's tea exports, Xiangxi Customs has conducted multiple field investigations at local tea enterprises, listening to their genuine needs and providing comprehensive support for their global expansion. So far, they have guided three tea plantations in Guzhang to complete export registration, covering 12,500 mu (about 833 hectares). Since 2023, Guzhang tea has been exported to countries including Belgium and Italy, with total exports reaching 149 tons.
