广西外贸提前两年完成"十四五"目标 2023年进出口总值近7000亿元
南宁1月15日电 - 2024年伊始，广西各口岸呈现繁忙景象：钦州港集装箱起重机轰鸣作业，凭祥友谊关口岸跨境水果车辆排队通关，东兴口岸鲜活海产品车辆有序入境。2023年，面对全球经济复苏乏力的挑战，广西外贸实现逆势增长，进出口总值达6936.5亿元，同比增长7.3%，提前两年完成"十四五"规划目标。
Nanning, January 15 (Xinhua) - As 2024 begins, Guangxi's ports are bustling with activity: container cranes humming in Qinzhou Port, cross-border fruit trucks queuing at Pingxiang Friendship Pass, and fresh seafood vehicles orderly entering through Dongxing Port. Despite global economic challenges in 2023, Guangxi's foreign trade achieved counter-trend growth, with total import and export value reaching 693.65 billion yuan, a 7.3% year-on-year increase, accomplishing the 14th Five-Year Plan target two years ahead of schedule.
民营企业成为增长主力 - 2023年广西有进出口实绩企业4875家，同比增长10.3%。其中民营企业4432家，占比超90%。东风柳汽新能源汽车出口3300辆，是上年的6倍。一般贸易占比提升至42.4%，电工器材、汽车出口分别增长32.2%和47.7%。
Private Enterprises Drive Growth - In 2023, Guangxi had 4,875 enterprises with actual import-export performance, up 10.3% year-on-year. Among them, 4,432 were private enterprises, accounting for over 90%. Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor exported 3,300 new energy vehicles, six times the previous year's volume. General trade proportion increased to 42.4%, with electrical equipment and automobile exports growing by 32.2% and 47.7% respectively.
临港产业集群效应显现 - 钦州港2023年粮食进口增长约20%，带动粮油加工产业集群发展。柳州国轩电池锂电池出口覆盖40多国，"新三样"（电动汽车、锂电池、太阳能电池）出口突破155.7亿元，增长1.9倍。六堡茶出口增长25.8%，螺蛳粉出口增长47.1%。
Portside Industrial Clusters Emerge - Qinzhou Port's grain imports grew about 20% in 2023, driving development of grain and oil processing clusters. Liuzhou Guoxuan Battery's lithium batteries exported to over 40 countries. Exports of the "new three" (EVs, lithium batteries, solar cells) surpassed 15.57 billion yuan, up 190%. Liubao tea exports grew 25.8%, while river snail rice noodle exports surged 47.1%.
越南连续25年保持第一大贸易伙伴 - 2023年广西与越南贸易额首次突破2500亿元，达2539.5亿元，增长29.2%。光伏玻璃出口越南17.8亿元，增长48.6%。对东盟整体进出口3394.4亿元，创历史新高，增长22.8%，占广西外贸总值近半。
Vietnam Remains Top Trading Partner for 25 Years - Guangxi-Vietnam trade exceeded 250 billion yuan for the first time in 2023, reaching 253.95 billion yuan, up 29.2%. Solar glass exports to Vietnam totaled 1.78 billion yuan, increasing 48.6%. Trade with ASEAN reached 339.44 billion yuan, hitting record highs with 22.8% growth, accounting for nearly half of Guangxi's total foreign trade value.
专家表示，广西外贸的亮眼表现得益于RCEP政策红利释放、边境贸易快速恢复（增长27.6%）和产业链供应链优化升级。随着中国-东盟自贸区3.0版建设推进，广西作为面向东盟的桥头堡，外贸发展将迎来新机遇。
Experts note Guangxi's outstanding foreign trade performance benefits from RCEP policy dividends, rapid recovery of border trade (up 27.6%), and optimized industrial/supply chains. With the advancement of China-ASEAN FTA 3.0, Guangxi as ASEAN's gateway will encounter new opportunities in foreign trade development.
