数据显示,教育培训行业投诉达39条,主要问题包括:

案例1:北京旭旸企业管理有限公司("易鑫学堂")收取5780元跨境电商课程费后,未提供承诺的直播课程和发票,仅通过不专业的微信客服敷衍应付。
Case 1: Beijing Xuyang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. ("Yixin Academy") collected 5,780 yuan for cross-border e-commerce courses but failed to provide promised live courses and invoices, only offering unprofessional customer service via WeChat.
案例2:西安绿豆芽信息科技有限公司以"企业微信APP推广赚钱"为名收取20000元费用后失联,投诉人未获得任何实质性指导服务。
Case 2: Xi'an Ludouya Information Technology Co., Ltd. collected 20,000 yuan under the guise of "WeChat APP promotion to make money" then disappeared, leaving the complainant without any substantive guidance.
案例3:武汉瑞卡迪电子商务有限公司通过抖音推送"海外TikTok变现"课程,收取5990元费用后未兑现承诺,反而要求追加1300美元"技术学习费"。
Case 3: Wuhan Ruikadi E-commerce Co., Ltd. promoted "Overseas TikTok monetization" courses via Douyin, collected 5,990 yuan but failed to deliver, then demanded an additional $1,300 for "technical learning".
