数据显示，教育培训行业投诉达39条，主要问题包括：

案例3：武汉瑞卡迪电子商务有限公司通过抖音推送"海外TikTok变现"课程，收取5990元费用后未兑现承诺，反而要求追加1300美元"技术学习费"。
