海关总署11月7日公布的数据显示，10月我国外贸保持平稳增长，出口同比增速远超市场预期。今年前10个月，我国货物贸易进出口总值为36.02万亿元，同比增长5.2%。其中，出口20.8万亿元，增长6.7%；进口15.22万亿元，增长3.2%。
Data released by the General Administration of Customs on November 7 shows that China's foreign trade maintained steady growth in October, with export growth far exceeding market expectations. In the first 10 months of this year, China's total import and export value of goods trade reached 36.02 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%. Exports totaled 20.8 trillion yuan, up 6.7%, while imports reached 15.22 trillion yuan, up 3.2%.
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，前10个月我国外贸平稳增长，规模持续扩大、结构不断优化，全年外贸质升量稳目标可望实现。10月，进出口总值为3.7万亿元，同比增长4.6%。其中，出口2.19万亿元，增长11.2%，远超市场预期；进口1.51万亿元，减少3.7%。
Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis at the General Administration of Customs, stated that China's foreign trade achieved steady growth in the first 10 months, with expanding scale and continuous structural optimization. The annual goal of improving quality and stabilizing quantity in foreign trade is expected to be achieved. In October, the total import and export value was 3.7 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%. Exports reached 2.19 trillion yuan, up 11.2%, far exceeding market expectations, while imports totaled 1.51 trillion yuan, down 3.7%.
东方金诚研究发展部执行总监冯琳指出，极端天气等短期扰动因素消退使得10月出口增速超预期，去年同期基数偏低、出口新动能保持强劲增长，也使得出口高增。
Feng Lin, Executive Director of Research and Development at Oriental Jincheng, pointed out that the fading of short-term disturbances such as extreme weather led to October's export growth exceeding expectations. The low base from the same period last year and the strong growth of new export drivers also contributed to the high export growth.
分地区来看，今年前10个月，东盟仍是我国第一大贸易伙伴。我国与东盟的贸易总值为5.67万亿元，其中，对东盟出口3.36万亿元，增长12.5%；自东盟进口2.31万亿元，增长3.8%。对欧盟、美国等发达经济体的出口均实现了正增长。
By region, in the first 10 months of this year, ASEAN remained China's largest trading partner. The total trade value between China and ASEAN was 5.67 trillion yuan, with exports to ASEAN reaching 3.36 trillion yuan, up 12.5%, and imports from ASEAN totaling 2.31 trillion yuan, up 3.8%. Exports to developed economies such as the EU and the US also achieved positive growth.
数据显示，前10个月，我国对欧盟出口3.04万亿元，增长3.5%；对美国出口3.04万亿元，增长4.9%。同期，我国对共建“一带一路”国家合计进出口16.94万亿元，增长6.2%。其中，出口9.48万亿元，增长8%；进口7.46万亿元，增长3.9%。
Data shows that in the first 10 months, China's exports to the EU reached 3.04 trillion yuan, up 3.5%, while exports to the US totaled 3.04 trillion yuan, up 4.9%. During the same period, China's total import and export value with Belt and Road partner countries reached 16.94 trillion yuan, up 6.2%, including exports of 9.48 trillion yuan, up 8%, and imports of 7.46 trillion yuan, up 3.9%.
“民营企业灵活应变的经营特点，以及在外贸领域逐渐做大做优做强的发展态势，为外贸发展不断注入了新的活力。”海关总署副署长王令浚此前曾提到。从最新情况看，民营企业继续保持活力，助力外贸发展。前10个月，民营企业进出口19.85万亿元，增长9.3%，占外贸总值的55.1%，比去年同期提升2.1个百分点。
"The flexible and adaptive operational characteristics of private enterprises, along with their trend of growing stronger and more competitive in foreign trade, have continuously injected new vitality into foreign trade development," said Wang Lingjun, Deputy Director of the General Administration of Customs. According to the latest data, private enterprises continue to maintain vitality, supporting foreign trade growth. In the first 10 months, private enterprises' import and export value reached 19.85 trillion yuan, up 9.3%, accounting for 55.1% of the total foreign trade value, an increase of 2.1 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
分产品来看，前10个月，我国出口机电产品12.36万亿元，增长8.5%，占出口总值的59.4%。其中，自动数据处理设备及其零部件、集成电路、汽车等优势产品继续保持双位数增长，前10个月出口额分别同比增长10.9%、21.4%、20%。
By product, in the first 10 months, China's exports of mechanical and electrical products reached 12.36 trillion yuan, up 8.5%, accounting for 59.4% of total exports. Among them, advantageous products such as automatic data processing equipment and components, integrated circuits, and automobiles continued to achieve double-digit growth, with export values increasing by 10.9%, 21.4%, and 20% year-on-year, respectively.
汽车作为重点优势出口产品，今年前10个月累计增速较前三季度放缓2.5个百分点。冯琳认为，10月汽车出口增速出现下滑源于上年同期基数抬高，同时，也可能意味着欧盟加征关税影响开始显现。
As a key export product, automobiles saw a cumulative growth rate in the first 10 months that slowed by 2.5 percentage points compared to the first three quarters. Feng Lin believes that the decline in automobile export growth in October was due to a higher base from the same period last year, and it may also indicate that the impact of EU tariff increases is beginning to show.
机电产品中，船舶也延续了今年以来增长态势。数据显示，今年前10个月，船舶出口金额同比增长74.9%。据全球航运咨询和研究机构克拉克森最新数据，今年前10个月，全球累计新船订单成交量为1910艘、5416万修正总吨（CGT），其中，中国承接了1338艘、3750万CGT，市场占有率为69%，位居第一。
Among mechanical and electrical products, ship exports also continued their growth trend this year. Data shows that in the first 10 months, ship export value increased by 74.9% year-on-year. According to the latest data from global shipping consultancy Clarksons, global new ship orders in the first 10 months totaled 1,910 vessels and 54.16 million compensated gross tons (CGT), of which China secured 1,338 vessels and 37.5 million CGT, accounting for 69% of the market share and ranking first.
