在国内外电商平台，通过贿赂内部人员来获取特殊利益的现象屡见不鲜。刚进入美国市场两个多月的拼多多跨境平台TEMU，近期发布了一份卖家服务协议，其中包含严格的反商业贿赂条款。
In domestic and international e-commerce platforms, the phenomenon of bribing internal staff to obtain special benefits is not uncommon. Pinduoduo's cross-border platform TEMU, which entered the US market just over two months ago, recently released a Seller Service Agreement containing strict anti-commercial bribery clauses.

根据协议规定，卖家不得以任何形式向平台人员或其关系人输送利益，包括但不限于：
- 金钱物品、消费卡券
- 干股分红、有价证券
- 招待宴请、娱乐旅游
- 就业置业、就医就学等特殊待遇
According to the agreement, sellers are prohibited from providing benefits to platform personnel or their associates in any form, including but not limited to:
- Money, goods, gift cards
- Dividends, securities
- Entertainment, travel
- Special treatments like employment, housing, medical care, education, etc.
平台设立了专用举报邮箱，并对违规卖家采取以下处罚措施：
- 索赔10万美元或利益价值的3倍（取较高者）
- 商品下架、店铺降级
- 限制账户权限、提高保证金
- 终止合作等
The platform has set up a dedicated reporting email and will impose the following penalties on violators:
- Claim $100,000 or 3 times the value of the benefit (whichever is higher)
- Product removal, store downgrade
- Account restrictions, increased deposit
- Termination of cooperation, etc.

10月份TEMU向商家开放了JIT（Just-In-Time）预售模式：
- 卖家无需提前备货到仓
- 根据销售订单24小时内发货
- 前期仅限广东附近省份参与
- 需缴纳5000元保证金
In October, TEMU launched a JIT (Just-In-Time) pre-sale model for merchants:
- Sellers don't need to stock goods in advance
- Ship within 24 hours based on sales orders
- Initially only available to provinces near Guangdong
- Requires 5000 yuan deposit
未按时发货的处罚标准：
- 24小时内未发货：1倍货值罚款+商品下架
- 48小时内未发货：5倍货值罚款
Penalties for late shipment:
- Not shipped within 24 hours: 1x product value fine + product removal
- Not shipped within 48 hours: 5x product value fine
