Use pypyX.Y for PyPy python-version input

Use pypyX.Y for PyPy python-version input

This versioning scheme is consistent with other tools in the python ecosystem so it feels more natural and allows better interaction with other tools.

pypy-X.Y kept for backward compatibility.
