商家需拥有海外注册满 1 年以上的 35 类目商标原件。提供当地知名实体零售店或 B2C 网站的证明,如实体店照片或网站链接。如申请入驻公司为品牌授权方,需提供商标权利人出具的独占授权书,且只限一级授权。

Market-type Tmall Flagship Store
Merchants need to have original trademarks registered overseas for more than 1 year in 35 categories. Provide proof of local well-known physical retail stores or B2C websites, such as store photos or website links. If the applicant is a brand authorizer, an exclusive authorization letter issued by the trademark owner is required, limited to first-level authorization only.

2. 品牌旗舰店
商家需拥有海外注册满 1 年以上的品牌商标 R 原件,且该品牌在海外有零售经营。如申请入驻公司为品牌授权方,同样需提供商标权利人出具的独占授权书。优先邀请在海淘热销的品牌入驻,如该品牌已在天猫开店,需提供品牌方确认文件。

Brand Flagship Store
Merchants need to have original brand trademark R registered overseas for more than 1 year, and the brand must have retail operations overseas. If the applicant is a brand authorizer, an exclusive authorization letter issued by the trademark owner is also required. Priority is given to popular cross-border shopping brands. If the brand already has a store on Tmall, confirmation documents from the brand owner are required.

3. 专营店
商家需就所售商品提供品牌方销售授权,或从品牌方开始完整的品牌授权链路证明。如店铺跨类目经营,需遵循天猫国际允许跨类目经营的商品列表。

Specialty Store
Merchants need to provide brand sales authorization for the products sold, or complete brand authorization chain proof starting from the brand owner. If the store operates across categories, it must follow Tmall Global's list of products allowed for cross-category operations.
