21世纪经济报道记者柳宁馨 杭州报道 近日，主要外贸省份均已公布2024年前11个月进出口数据。21世纪经济报道记者梳理发现，除北京未公布数据外，我国外贸10强省份中，共有5个省份在前11个月进出口增速跑赢全国，分别为广东、四川、江苏、浙江、安徽，进出口增速分别为10%、8.7%、6.9%、6.9%、6.6%。

According to analysis by 21st Century Business Herald reporters, excluding Beijing which hasn't published data, among China's top 10 foreign trade provinces, five provinces outperformed the national average in import-export growth: Guangdong (10%), Sichuan (8.7%), Jiangsu (6.9%), Zhejiang (6.9%), and Anhui (6.6%).
广东依旧是外贸第一大省，前11个月，广东外贸进出口总值为8.27万亿元人民币，随后是江苏、浙江、上海、山东，同期进出口规模分别为5.09万亿元、4.81万亿元、3.88万亿元、3.05万亿元。
Guangdong remains China's top foreign trade province, with total import-export value reaching 8.27 trillion yuan in the first 11 months, followed by Jiangsu (5.09 trillion), Zhejiang (4.81 trillion), Shanghai (3.88 trillion), and Shandong (3.05 trillion).
从出口看，前11个月，安徽、浙江分别跑出了9.2%、9%的较高出口增速，其中，浙江出口规模位居全国第2位。从进口看，四川、广东进口分别同比增长21.8%、12.6%，位列外贸大省中的第一、二位，而上海、山东、福建的进口则是负增长。
In terms of exports, Anhui and Zhejiang achieved high growth rates of 9.2% and 9% respectively, with Zhejiang ranking second nationally in export volume. For imports, Sichuan (21.8%) and Guangdong (12.6%) led among major trade provinces, while Shanghai, Shandong and Fujian saw negative import growth.

从出口产品来看，不少主要外贸省份电动汽车等"新三样"产品的出口增速趋于稳定，例如新能源汽车、光伏产品等出口增速放缓，但集装箱和船舶出口增长较快。

前11个月，广东出口集装箱、船舶分别同比增长142.8%、42.4%。同期，上海船舶出口值达587亿元，同比增长59.6%，福建船舶出口值为122.3亿元，同比增长65.2%。
In the first 11 months, Guangdong's container and ship exports grew 142.8% and 42.4% year-on-year respectively. Shanghai's ship exports reached 58.7 billion yuan (+59.6%), while Fujian's ship exports totaled 12.23 billion yuan (+65.2%).
