广州海关助力春茶出口 抢抓"一带一路"贸易黄金期
春茶采摘正当时，随着气温回升，广东清远、顺德等主要茶区进入繁忙的采摘季。广州海关实施"一企一策"专项服务，助力茶企优化全流程管理，抢抓出口黄金窗口。
"Spring tea picking season is in full swing" as temperatures rise in major tea-producing areas like Qingyuan and Shunde. Guangzhou Customs implements "one enterprise, one policy" tailored services to help tea companies optimize management and seize export opportunities.
清远英德作为"中国红茶之乡"，2021年茶园面积达17万亩，茶叶产值超50亿元。在鸿雁茶业基地，工人们正抢收鲜嫩茶芽。经过严格加工流程后，首批价值20万元的英德红茶已出口至马达加斯加、斐济等国。
Qingyuan Yingde, known as "the hometown of Chinese black tea", boasts 170,000 mu of tea plantations with annual output value exceeding 5 billion yuan. At Hongyan Tea's base, workers are harvesting fresh tea leaves. The first batch of Yingde black tea worth 200,000 yuan has been exported to Madagascar and Fiji.
质量管控体系方面，海关采用"日常监管+抽样检测+基地管理"模式，联合农业部门建立从种植到出口的全链条监管。同时通过"互联网+海关"实现15分钟快速通关，运用"预约查验+远程监管"提升效率。
For quality control, customs adopts a comprehensive supervision system combining daily inspections, sampling tests and plantation management. The "Internet+Customs" platform enables 15-minute clearance, while "appointment inspection + remote supervision" improves efficiency.
广东茶叶进出口公司负责人表示："在海关支持下，今年出口业务持续增长"。海关还定期举办国际标准宣讲，帮助企业建立科学的食品安全体系。2022年以来，关区茶叶出口达681.5吨，清远新增备案茶园超3700亩。
"With customs support, our export business continues to grow this year," said a representative from Guangdong Tea Import & Export Co. Customs also organizes international standard seminars to help establish scientific food safety systems. Since 2022, tea exports have reached 681.5 tons, with Qingyuan adding over 3,700 mu of registered plantations.
中国茶文化作为重要纽带，正通过"一带一路"和RCEP机遇走向世界。广州海关将持续优化服务，助力更多优质茶叶香飘海外。
