干茶品鉴 | Dry Leaf Evaluation
这款茶的干茶条索紧结匀整，色泽乌褐显毫。干茶有明显的茉莉花香。
The dry leaves are tightly rolled and uniform in appearance, with dark brown color showing silver tips. The dry leaves have distinct jasmine fragrance.
茶汤品鉴 | Liquor Evaluation
我们用120ml的盖碗，投茶4g冲泡。
We used a 120ml gaiwan with 4g of tea leaves for brewing.
● 泡1——头泡 | ● Brew 1 - First Infusion
我们十秒出汤。茶汤黄绿明亮，茉莉花香明显，茶汤入口微甜，但是整体汤感不厚。
10-second infusion: The liquor is bright yellow-green with noticeable jasmine aroma. The taste is slightly sweet but the body isn't very thick.
● 泡2——第二道 | ● Brew 2 - Second Infusion
这道茶汤有明显的回甘和生津感，茶汤不苦不涩。汤感滋味有所增强。
Distinct sweet aftertaste and saliva-inducing sensation. No bitterness or astringency. The flavor intensity increases.
● 泡3——第三泡 | ● Brew 3 - Third Infusion
茶汤入口微甜，上一道的回甘生津感继续保持。开始出现若有若无的苦韵，但不难受。
Slightly sweet with continued aftertaste. A faint pleasant bitterness emerges but isn't unpleasant.
● 泡4——第四泡 | ● Brew 4 - Fourth Infusion
这道茶汤我们延长到20秒出汤，茶汤的整体汤感并没有明显上升，滋味有些寡淡。
20-second infusion: The liquor body doesn't improve significantly and becomes somewhat bland.
综合评价 | Overall Evaluation
这款茶的茉莉花香还是比较正的，几道茶汤都没有苦涩滋味出现。这款茶我们最喜欢的就是它的回甘生津感，尤其是中间的二道茶汤更为明显。这个茶的整体汤感比较平和，给人一种比较清淡的感觉。考虑到这款茶一百多的斤价，我们给出3星推荐。
The jasmine aroma is authentic without any bitterness throughout multiple infusions. The most impressive aspect is the sweet aftertaste and saliva-inducing sensation, especially prominent in the second infusion. The tea has a mild and gentle character. Considering its price point around ¥150 per 500g, we give it a 3-star recommendation.
