How Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council Helps New Exporters Break Through International Markets?

6月16日，湘潭市贸促会成功举办"潭品出海我来了"外贸新手培训会第一季开班仪式。本次活动吸引了全市28家企业的50余名外贸人员参与，并组织学员实地参观外贸企业。

Previously, many export enterprises in Xiangtan had expressed strong demand for foreign trade talent training. To meet this need, the Xiangtan Trade Promotion Council carefully planned and held three sessions of the "Xiangtan Products Going Global" training program for new exporters, providing practical entry-level skills training. Due to the highly applicable content, the originally planned 30-person training session ultimately exceeded 50 participants.

在开班仪式上，湘潭市贸促会聘请了8位国际商务专家担任导师，包括湖南科技大学副教授向志国、湖南信诺颜料科技董事长汤上等专业人士，为企业提供国际贸易、国际投资等领域的专业指导。

During the opening ceremony, Professor Xiang Zhiguo from Hunan University of Science and Technology delivered a keynote speech titled "Five Knowledges and One Preparation for Export Trade", detailing essential preparations including understanding your company, products, market, clients, business processes, and preparing document templates.

湘潭市贸促会负责人表示，希望通过"四个一"工程（一次培训、一次观摩、一个导师和一个平台）为企业提供专业支持，帮助新外贸企业实现首单交易，助力老外贸企业实现业绩倍增。

The council aims to help new exporters complete their first international transaction and assist established exporters in doubling their trade volume through its "Four Ones" initiative (one training session, one field observation, one mentor, and one platform - the EHN platform for Hunan enterprises' international operations).

当天下午，学员们实地参观了湖南凯利特泵业有限公司和湘潭综保区跨境电商综合服务中心，学习成功外贸企业的实战经验。

In the afternoon, participants visited Hunan Kailite Pump Co., Ltd and Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Cross-border E-commerce Service Center to learn practical experience from successful exporters.
