一、询价订舱（Inquiry and Booking）
货主需提前联系货代，提交包含以下信息的订舱委托书：发货人、收货人、箱型/量、起运港/目的港、货物品名、数量、重量、尺寸、HS编码等。重货需特别说明，以免受航线限重影响。
Shippers should contact freight forwarders in advance and submit booking requests containing: shipper, consignee, container type/quantity, loading/discharge ports, cargo description, quantity, weight, dimensions, HS code, etc. Heavy cargo requires special notice to avoid weight restrictions.
二、放舱提箱装货（Space Confirmation and Loading）
船公司放舱后，货代将提供SO（入货通知单），包含船名、航次、提单号、ETD等重要信息。拖车将按安排提箱并完成工厂/港口装箱，确保在截港前送达指定地点。
After space confirmation, forwarders provide SO (Shipping Order) with vessel details, voyage, BL number, ETD, etc. Trucks will pick up containers and complete loading at factory/port before cutoff time.
三、报关（Customs Declaration）
货物进港后，需提交报关单、装箱单、发票、合同等文件由报关行代办。海关放行后即可等待开船。
After cargo arrival, submit customs documents (declaration form, packing list, invoice, contract, etc.) through customs brokers. Wait for sailing after customs release.
四、提单交接（BL Handling）
开船后3个工作日内可申请提单。提单是货权凭证，通常用于控制尾款支付。
Bill of Lading can be applied within 3 working days after sailing. BL serves as title document, usually for payment control.
五、目的港清关（Destination Customs Clearance）
收货人委托当地货代，提交清关文件并办理提货手续。
Consignees appoint local agents to submit clearance documents and arrange cargo pickup.
六、缴税收货（Tax Payment and Cargo Receipt）
海关查验审价后，收货人缴纳税费即可完成放行。
After customs inspection and valuation, consignees pay duties/taxes for cargo release.
