中国10月出口增速创新高 全年外贸质升量稳目标可望实现
海关总署最新数据显示，今年前10个月中国货物贸易进出口同比增长5.2%，其中出口增长6.7%，进口增长3.2%。10月当月进出口同比增长4.6%，出口增速更是达到11.2%，创下2023年5月以来新高。
According to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs, China's total goods imports and exports in the first 10 months of this year increased by 5.2% year-on-year, with exports growing by 6.7% and imports by 3.2%. In October alone, imports and exports grew by 4.6% year-on-year, with export growth reaching 11.2%, the highest since May 2023.
主要贸易伙伴表现亮眼：前10个月中国与东盟贸易总值增长8.8%，对共建"一带一路"国家进出口增长6.2%。值得注意的是，与欧美传统贸易伙伴进出口呈现回暖趋势，其中中美贸易总值增长4.4%。
Performance with major trading partners was impressive: China-ASEAN trade value in the first 10 months grew by 8.8%, while trade with Belt and Road countries increased by 6.2%. Notably, trade with traditional partners like the US and EU showed signs of recovery, with China-US trade value growing by 4.4%.
机电产品引领出口增长：前10个月机电产品出口增长8.5%，占出口总值近六成。其中自动数据处理设备、集成电路和汽车出口均保持两位数增长，汽车出口更是增长20%。
Mechanical and electrical products led export growth: Exports of mechanical and electrical products in the first 10 months grew by 8.5%, accounting for nearly 60% of total exports. Exports of automatic data processing equipment, integrated circuits and automobiles all maintained double-digit growth, with automobile exports growing by 20%.
外贸主体活力增强：民营企业进出口增长9.3%，占外贸总值55.1%，比去年同期提升2.1个百分点。同时，17.8万家企业与拉美地区开展贸易，推动对拉美进出口增长9.1%。
Vitality of foreign trade entities strengthened: Imports and exports by private enterprises grew by 9.3%, accounting for 55.1% of total foreign trade value, an increase of 2.1 percentage points year-on-year. Meanwhile, 178,000 enterprises traded with Latin America, driving import and export growth of 9.1% with the region.
专家展望：年末西方国家传统消费旺季有望对最后两个月出口产生拉动作用。国务院发展研究中心专家建议抓住年底外贸旺季时间窗口，加快释放政策红利，引导企业多元化布局海外市场。
Expert outlook: The traditional peak consumption season in Western countries at year-end is expected to boost exports in the last two months. Experts from the Development Research Center of the State Council suggest seizing the time window of the year-end foreign trade peak season to accelerate policy dividends and guide enterprises to diversify their overseas market layout.
海关总署表示，中国外贸规模持续扩大，结构不断优化，全年外贸质升量稳目标可望实现。广交会、进博会等大型展会持续推动中国外贸高质量发展。
The General Administration of Customs stated that China's foreign trade scale continues to expand, with continuous structural optimization, and the annual goals of improving quality and stabilizing quantity are expected to be achieved. Large exhibitions like the Canton Fair and China International Import Expo continue to promote high-quality development of China's foreign trade.
