中国网财经3月21日讯 - 海关总署署长俞建华在3月20日国新办发布会上表示，尽管面临全球贸易环境挑战，中国外贸竞争优势依然明显，前两个月平稳开局的势头有望持续。

数据显示，前两个月中国出口总值创历史新高，增长0.9%。剔除疫情特殊因素后，进出口实际增长超过10%。电动汽车、锂电池、太阳能电池"新三样"出口增长达60%。
Data shows China's export value reached record highs in the first two months, growing 0.9%. Excluding pandemic-related factors, import/export growth exceeded 10%. Exports of "new three" products - EVs, lithium batteries, and solar panels - surged 60%.
优化口岸营商环境 | Optimizing Port Business Environment
海关总署办公厅主任赵增连表示，将通过"优设施、搭平台、促联通、强合作、提效能"15字方针持续优化口岸营商环境：
- 加快推进边境口岸扩能建设
- 优化"通关+物流""外贸+金融"服务平台
- 促进中欧班列等多式联运发展
Customs official Zhao Zenglian outlined a 15-character strategy to optimize port operations:
- Accelerating border port capacity expansion

海关将坚持"创新、包容、审慎、协同"的监管理念：
