施工工艺 / Construction Process
1) 基层处理 / Base Layer Treatment
粘贴的保温板表面应尽量平整、坚固、清洁，必要时可用粗砂纸适当打磨。保温板间应压紧，可能出现的板缝须用保温材料或发泡填充(决不能用砂浆或抹灰填充)。如果是现浇砼大模内置聚苯板外墙保温体系，保温板表面还需用胶粉聚苯颗粒保温砂浆找平。
The surface of the adhered insulation board should be as flat, firm, and clean as possible. Sandpaper can be used for grinding if necessary. The insulation boards should be pressed tightly together, and any gaps must be filled with insulation material or foam (never use mortar or plaster). For cast-in-place concrete formwork with built-in polystyrene board exterior wall insulation systems, the surface of the insulation board should also be leveled with adhesive powder polystyrene particle insulation mortar.
2) 材料的制备 / Material Preparation
直接加水搅拌5分钟左右，搅拌均匀后使用。

3) 材料的施工 / Material Application
用不锈钢抹灰刀将抗裂砂浆模压于保温板上，将玻璃纤维网格布压入湿抹灰砂浆中并找平。网格布连接处应重叠，重叠宽度为10cm，玻璃纤维网格布必须完全埋入，纤维增强抹面层厚度2-5mm。

The mesh joints should overlap by 10cm, and the fiberglass mesh must be completely embedded. The fiber-reinforced surface layer thickness should be 2-5mm.
注意事项 / Precautions
1) 施工环境和基层墙体的温度不能低于5℃，风力5级以下，避免雨天施工。
1) The construction environment and base wall temperature should not be lower than 5°C, with wind force below level 5. Avoid construction on rainy days.
2) 施工完毕24小时，不能进行下一道工序的施工，同时应避免雨水冲刷、磕碰。
