这几天，毕马威中国粤港澳大湾区战略与发展中心合伙人彭富强正在等待一批来自于大湾区的财务总监（CFO）到东莞调研，"目前大约有30多位企业家参与，一半是外资企业，主要来了解东莞先进制造业。这里面有金融科技企业，也有新能源和生物医药企业，他们对这次调研非常重视。"
Recently, Peng Fuqiang, Partner of KPMG China Greater Bay Area Strategy and Development Center, has been expecting a group of CFOs from the Greater Bay Area to visit Dongguan for research. "Currently, about 30 entrepreneurs are participating, half of whom are from foreign-funded enterprises, mainly coming to learn about Dongguan's advanced manufacturing. Among them are fintech companies, as well as new energy and biopharmaceutical enterprises, who attach great importance to this research."
跨境电商激发出海新动能
近期，南方财经全媒体记者在东莞走访调研发现，越来越多传统外贸企业充分发挥东莞作为国内外重要货源地优势，抢抓跨境电商发展新机遇，与产业带"双向奔赴"，借助跨境电商平台让优质产品与品牌二次出海。

外资被视为培育开放发展新增长点的重要支撑，也是我国高水平对外开放的重要力量。改革开放40多年来，东莞已吸引来自全球40多个国家和地区的1.3万家外资企业投资，外资一度成为东莞外向型经济的生命线。

广东财经大学商贸流通研究院王先庆观察到，不同于过去的外资投资设厂模式，目前外资企业在广东的布局，逐渐从以生产基地为主，转变为研发中心和总部型项目，这也进一步推动了核心研发的本地化以及供应链的本地化。

东莞"五外联动"战略的未来展望
"未来东莞要大力招引优质独角兽外资企业进驻，同时鼓励并协助东莞企业开拓更广泛的海外市场，推动这类企业从东莞二次出海，形成'引进来、走出去'的良性循环局面。"彭富强表示，东莞要继续明确对外资招商的定位，要跟大湾区其他的城市差异化竞争，形成外资招引的东莞优势，更大程度上推动内外贸内外资互促双强。
