Zhang Yingxian believes that from a long-term perspective, "going global" helps China's economy achieve better transformation and upgrading. 本次论坛上，毕马威中国发布《镜观·回响 中国企业出海洞察报告暨解码粤港澳大湾区全球制胜之道》提到，中国政府持续出台相关政策支持企业开拓国际市场，商务部最新发布的数据显示，中国对外直接投资连续十二年保持增长，稳居全球对外直接投资流量的前三名。
At this forum, KPMG China released the "Mirror·Echo Chinese Enterprises Going Global Insight Report and Decoding the Greater Bay Area's Path to Global Success," which mentioned that the Chinese government continues to introduce relevant policies to support enterprises in exploring international markets. The latest data released by the Ministry of Commerce shows that China's outward direct investment has maintained growth for twelve consecutive years, ranking among the top three in global outward direct investment flows.
具体到2023年，中国对外直接投资的流量达到了1772.9亿美元，占全球总投资流量的11.4%，显示出中国经济持续健康发展、对外开放水平不断提升的态势。

毕马威全球中国业务发展中心中国主管合伙人李瑶表示，伴随经济全球化进程的加速推进和"一带一路"建设带来的新机遇，东南亚、中东、欧洲等地区成为大湾区企业出海的重要目标市场，不少企业开始寻求海外发展的机会。作为互通市场，粤港澳大湾区能为出海企业提供融资及服务出口的平台。另外，广州、深圳等地区鼓励开展跨境双向投资、并购，让内地以及港澳地区的企业能顺利开展资金募集，提升国际竞争力。
