新快报讯 - 随着春节临近，广州海关关区年花年桔出口呈现爆发式增长。据最新统计，2024年1月，广州海关关区（佛山顺德、广州荔湾）累计出口年花年桔约3591万株，货值达3.85亿元人民币，主要销往新加坡、荷兰、尼泊尔等国家和中国香港地区。
New Express News - As the Lunar New Year approaches, Guangzhou Customs District has witnessed an explosive growth in the export of festive plants. According to the latest statistics, in January 2024, the district (covering Shunde, Foshan and Liwan, Guangzhou) exported approximately 35.91 million festive plants with a total value of 385 million yuan, mainly destined for Singapore, the Netherlands, Nepal and Hong Kong, China.

At Zhenqu Horticultural Farm in Liwan District, Guangzhou, various festive flowers are blooming in all their glory: elegant phalaenopsis orchids, charming begonias, and vibrant lucky bamboo. The most eye-catching are the golden kumquat trees laden with fruits. Recently, Liwan Customs under Guangzhou Customs conducted on-site inspection of a batch of 300 kumquat trees worth about $15,000 before their rapid export to Malaysia.
海关专家支招：年桔出口需特别注意栽培细节。荔湾海关植物检疫专家潘振东建议："应将年桔花盘离地摆放，出口前对栽培土壤进行浸药消毒，并用高压水冲洗叶片。"这些措施能有效避免落叶落果，确保出口品质。
Customs Expert Tips: Special attention should be paid to cultivation details for kumquat exports. Pan Zhendong, a plant quarantine expert at Liwan Customs, advised: "Kumquat pots should be placed off the ground, with cultivation soil disinfected before export and leaves rinsed with high-pressure water." These measures effectively prevent leaf and fruit drop, ensuring export quality.

- 开设"绿色通道"，推行"即报即放"模式
- 提前完成预报预检，优先检测送检样品
Guangzhou Customs has implemented multiple facilitation measures to support festive plant exports:
- Establishing a "Customs Director-Enterprise Connection" mechanism to deliver policies
- Opening "green channels" with an "immediate declaration and release" model
- Completing pre-inspection in advance and prioritizing sample testing
真趣园艺场负责人余正昌表示："海关的便利措施使我们的年桔能在最短时间内装运，保质保鲜出口到国外。"芳村作为亚洲最大花卉市场之一，每年岁末年初都有大量应节花卉发往全球，为海外同胞带去浓浓年味。
Yu Zhengchang, head of Zhenqu Horticultural Farm, said: "Customs facilitation measures enable our kumquats to be shipped in the shortest time while maintaining quality for export."
