在房地产企业里,我觉得万科、原来的绿城等一些优秀的企业做得很认真,一点一滴的去连接。

Trust makes it simple, and simple makes it last.
跟客户长期的连接、互相信任,能解决能不能成交这个问题。接下来就是以多少钱卖?也就是产品的溢价问题。
Long-term connections and mutual trust with customers solve the problem of whether a deal can be made. Then comes the question of pricing - the premium of the product.
每一个品牌所讲的故事,以及故事后面所传导的价值观与客户的连接度越高,品牌故事就越打动人,能谈到价钱的地方就越多。
The more a brand's story and its conveyed values resonate with customers, the more compelling the brand becomes, allowing for higher pricing power.
房地产领域的品牌,我觉得可以分成三个方面:

- 产品品牌 (Product Brand)
房地产企业最重要的是公司品牌,公司品牌要传导公司的价值、公司的诚信、公司对客户一如既往的责任感。
For real estate companies, corporate brand is most crucial. It must convey the company's values, integrity, and consistent sense of responsibility toward customers.
实际上,做一个好的企业,就是做四件事:
Essentially, building a great company involves four key elements:
- 产品 (Product)
- 人才 (Talent)
- 品牌 (Brand)
- 公司价值 (Corporate Value)
