湖北天门 - 天门市纺织服装产业正通过跨境电商实现华丽转型，目前已有400多家企业成功入驻国际电商平台，将"天门衣尚"品牌服装销往全球30多个国家。

天门悦姿服饰有限公司总经理刘建勇介绍："采用跨境电商'小单快返'模式后，今年出口量达到1000万件，是去年的3倍多。"这种模式通过快速测试市场反应、及时调整生产策略，有效降低了库存风险。
Liu Jianyong, general manager of Tianmen Yuezi Garments Co., Ltd., said: "After adopting the cross-border e-commerce 'small orders with quick returns' model, this year's export volume reached 10 million pieces, more than three times last year's figure." This model effectively reduces inventory risks by quickly testing market response and adjusting production strategies in a timely manner.

Platform Penetration Helps Local Companies Go Global
拼多多TEMU平台与天门服装企业合作后，湖北莱依窕服饰有限公司在短短3个月内就实现了14万件的跨境销量。天门市商务局数据显示，目前全市服装电商日均跨境销售量达45万件，占日均总销量的40%以上。
After cooperating with Pinduoduo's TEMU platform, Hubei Laiyitiao Garments Co., Ltd. achieved cross-border sales of 140,000 pieces in just three months. Data from Tianmen Commerce Bureau shows that the city's daily cross-border e-commerce garment sales now reach 450,000 pieces, accounting for over 40% of total daily sales.

天门市政府推出多项扶持政策：

The Tianmen municipal government has introduced multiple support policies:
1. Establishing 600 million yuan in special credit support
2. Providing 0.2 yuan subsidy per express delivery
3. Creating the "Tianmen Fashion" regional public brand
These measures have helped the city achieve garment e-commerce transactions of 28.6 billion yuan from January to October, a year-on-year increase of 51.6%.
