四川外贸强劲增长：前10月进出口增长9.7%，多项指标全国领先
成都11月18日电 — 根据成都海关最新数据，今年前10个月四川省外贸进出口总值达8420.8亿元人民币，创历史同期新高，同比增长9.7%，增速位居全国第11位。
Chengdu, November 18 (Xinhua) — According to the latest data from Chengdu Customs, Sichuan Province's total foreign trade import and export value reached 842.08 billion yuan in the first 10 months of this year, hitting a record high for the same period in history, with a year-on-year increase of 9.7%, ranking 11th nationally in growth rate.
其中，出口4896亿元，增长1.8%；进口3524.8亿元，增长22.8%，进口增速位居全国第二。特别值得注意的是，四川鱼油和柠檬出口规模均位居全国第一。
Among them, exports reached 489.6 billion yuan, an increase of 1.8%; imports reached 352.48 billion yuan, an increase of 22.8%, with import growth ranking second in the country. Particularly noteworthy is that Sichuan's fish oil and lemon export volumes both ranked first in the country.

1. 成都高新综保区表现突出
成都高新综合保税区进出口规模位居全国综保区第一，增长23.7%，拉动全省外贸增长10.3个百分点。
1. Outstanding Performance of Chengdu Hi-Tech Comprehensive Bonded Zone
The import and export scale of Chengdu Hi-Tech Comprehensive Bonded Zone ranked first among all comprehensive bonded zones in China, with a growth of 23.7%, driving the province's foreign trade growth by 10.3 percentage points.
2. 进口持续增长
四川进口已连续11个月保持增长，其中9个月增速达两位数。集成电路进口增长29.9%，食品烟酒类消费品进口增长47.4%。
2. Sustained Import Growth
Sichuan's imports have maintained growth for 11 consecutive months, with 9 months seeing double-digit growth. Integrated circuit imports grew by 29.9%, while food, tobacco and alcohol consumer goods imports grew by 47.4%.
3. 出口结构优化
机电产品出口增长6.6%，占全省出口总值75.3%。电动汽车出口增长56%，航空航天装备出口增长6.9%。农产品出口增长27.1%。
3. Optimized Export Structure
Mechanical and electrical product exports grew by 6.6%, accounting for 75.3% of the province's total export value. Electric vehicle exports grew by 56%, aerospace equipment exports grew by 6.9%. Agricultural product exports grew by 27.1%.
4. 区域发展均衡
成都外贸占比超八成，增长10.6%。宜宾、绵阳、德阳等6个城市外贸规模均达百亿元，全部实现正增长。
4. Balanced Regional Development
Chengdu accounted for over 80% of foreign trade, growing by 10.6%. Six cities including Yibin, Mianyang and Deyang all achieved foreign trade scales exceeding 10 billion yuan, with all showing positive growth.
5. 市场多元化
对东盟、美国、欧盟进出口分别增长28.1%、32.1%、19.5%。对"一带一路"国家进出口增长13.5%。
5. Market Diversification
Trade with ASEAN, the United States and the European Union grew by 28.1%, 32.1% and 19.5% respectively. Trade with Belt and Road countries grew by 13.5%.
专家表示，四川外贸的强劲表现得益于综合保税区建设、进口政策效果显现以及出口结构持续优化等多重因素。随着年底传统外贸旺季的到来，四川全年外贸有望再创新高。
Experts say Sichuan's strong foreign trade performance benefits from multiple factors including the construction of comprehensive bonded zones, the effects of import policies, and continuous optimization of export structures. With the arrival of the traditional peak season for foreign trade at year-end, Sichuan's annual foreign trade is expected to reach new highs.
