大健云仓8500万美元收购美国知名家具电商Noble House 加速全球布局
近日，大健云仓（GigaCloud Technology Inc）宣布已完成对Noble House Home Furnishings LLC（以下简称"Noble House"）的资产收购。
Recently, GigaCloud Technology Inc announced the completion of its acquisition of Noble House Home Furnishings LLC's assets.
公司以现金全额支付约8500万美元购买Noble House的资产，包括库存、仓库、网站和域名、商标、商号、客户合同、销售渠道以及与其相关的其他品牌资产。
The company paid approximately $85 million in cash for Noble House's assets, including inventory, warehouses, websites and domains, trademarks, trade names, customer contracts, sales channels and other related brand assets.
作为美国本土B2B家居家具分销商，Noble House拥有Christopher Knight、OkiOki等知名品牌与广泛的家具产品。本次收购将为公司强化供应链和物流管理能力，开拓加拿大市场与印度货源地，进一步加速大健云仓创新性的全球布局。
As a U.S.-based B2B home furnishings distributor, Noble House owns well-known brands such as Christopher Knight and OkiOki with a wide range of furniture products. This acquisition will strengthen the company's supply chain and logistics management capabilities, expand into the Canadian market and Indian sourcing locations, further accelerating GigaCloud's innovative global expansion.
