核心入驻条件:
1. 需拥有海外或中国香港、澳门、台湾地区注册公司实体,具备海外零售或贸易资质
2. 需提供中国大陆境内代理人的三证合一营业执照
3. 需拥有海外或中国港澳台地区对公银行账户
4. 需提供品牌发源地商标注册证书及品牌授权书
店铺类型及命名规则:
• 品牌旗舰店:商标名+(类目名)+官方海外旗舰店
• 卖场型旗舰店:商标名(35类)+(类目名)+海外旗舰店
• 专卖店:商标名+企业商号+(类目名)+海外专卖店
• 专营店:企业商号/关联名称+(类目名)+海外专营店
费用结构:
1. 保证金:大部分类目10万元人民币
2. 技术服务费:按订单金额3%-6%收取
