Windows cannot find "wish.exe" - error while trying to run PAGE

I have never used PAGE, this is the first time. But when I try to run it after installation, it says "Windows cannot find wish.exe". But I already have Python installed, and I presume that since I can import tkinter that I have that requirement too..

What's wrong?

EDIT: Okay I needed AtiveTCL apparently.
