The biggest challenge currently comes from the soaring prices of construction materials in Vietnam. The same materials cost 1-2 times more than in China. Especially for large-area floor tile laying, it will far exceed the budget. Xiao Song is considering importing some materials from China to save costs, but needs to consider tariff issues.
