北京中小学周边超市违规售卖激光笔 工商部门称"无权监管"
千龙网北京4月14日讯 - 央视《焦点访谈》近日曝光多起激光笔灼伤儿童眼睛案例后，记者调查发现北京多所中小学周边商店仍在违规销售这类危险产品。
Beijing, April 14 (Qianlong Net) - Despite recent CCTV reports exposing cases of children's eye injuries caused by laser pens, our investigation found these dangerous products are still being sold near schools across Beijing.
■ 调查发现
记者走访朝阳区多所小学周边文具店发现，15-30元不等的激光笔被摆放在显眼位置，多数产品无安全警示标识。在呼家楼小学附近商店，店主主动向记者推荐15元的三色激光笔。
■ Investigation Findings
Our reporters found laser pens priced between 15-30 yuan prominently displayed at stationery stores near Chaoyang district schools, most without safety warnings. Near Hujialou Primary School, shopkeepers actively promoted 15-yuan tri-color laser pens.
■ 消费群体
除学生外，20多岁的年轻人成为主要购买群体。天宇市场商户表示："顾客从不询问功率参数，只关心价格。"记者在地铁站甚至目睹情侣购买激光笔用于夜间散步。
■ Consumer Groups
Beyond students, young adults in their 20s have become major consumers. Tianyu Market vendors noted: "Customers never ask about power specifications, only prices." Reporters even witnessed couples purchasing laser pens for nighttime walks.
■ 监管真空
朝阳区工商局回应称："目前没有禁止销售激光笔的法律依据，我们无权监管。"工作人员表示会将问题向上级反映。
■ Regulatory Gap
Chaoyang District Administration for Market Regulation responded: "There's currently no legal basis to ban laser pen sales, we lack regulatory authority." Staff stated they would escalate the issue.
■ 医学警告
朝阳医院眼科专家华文强调："大功率激光笔可致永久失明，即使低功率产品长期照射也会造成严重眼损伤。黄斑区损伤是不可逆的。"
■ Medical Warning
Dr. Hua Wen from Chaoyang Hospital Ophthalmology Department warned: "High-power laser pens can cause permanent blindness. Even low-power devices cause serious damage with prolonged exposure. Macular damage is irreversible."
专家呼吁：建议市场监管部门加强执法，同时学校家长应加强安全教育，杜绝未成年人接触此类危险产品。
