规则要点
Key Rules
针对签约钻享商家，在合同期内完成约定的GMV，可享有相应的优惠或权益，包括但不限于1对1专属服务、交易服务费优惠、银行结汇返利优惠、首焦海景房奖励。
For merchants who sign up for the Diamond Membership, they can enjoy corresponding discounts or rights after completing the agreed GMV during the contract period, including but not limited to 1-to-1 exclusive service, transaction service fee discounts, bank settlement rebate discounts, and first-focus seaview room rewards.
商家准入资质要求
Merchant Qualification Requirements
1. 商家出口实力证明要求：
可接受的实力证明文件如下：纳税申报表：以免、抵、退办法出口销售额和免税销售额本年累计额合计；公司财报（含出口额数据的）；近一年海关出口数据证明，可提供报关单扫描件，或者国家外汇管理局数字外贸平台的近12个月收汇金额截图（金属原材料的企业：需提供近2年数据）；代理出口模式可提供代理协议+报关单。
1. Requirements for merchant export strength proof:
Acceptable proof documents are as follows: tax declaration form: cumulative amount of export sales and tax-free sales for the current year using the exemption, deduction and refund method; company financial report (including export data); customs export data proof for the past year, which can provide scanned copies of customs declaration forms, or screenshots of foreign exchange receipts for the past 12 months from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange's digital foreign trade platform (metal raw material companies: need to provide data for the past 2 years); agency export mode can provide agency agreement + customs declaration form.
