跨境电商零售进口食品购买指南：这四点你必须知道！
央视网消息：据中消协消息，618 期间，许多消费者选择购买跨境电商零售进口食品。由于食品的特殊性，中国消费者协会提醒广大消费者注意以下四点：
CCTV News: According to the China Consumers Association, during the 618 shopping festival, many consumers chose to purchase cross-border e-commerce retail imported food. Due to the special nature of food products, the CCA reminds consumers to pay attention to the following four points:
一、品类清单
1. Product Category List
"跨境电商零售进口"是指中国境内消费者通过跨境电商第三方平台经营者自境外购买商品，并通过"网购保税进口"或"直购进口"运递进境的消费行为。
"Cross-border e-commerce retail imports" refer to consumption behaviors where Chinese consumers purchase goods from overseas through third-party cross-border e-commerce platforms, delivered via "bonded online shopping import" or "direct purchase import".
我国对跨境电商零售进口商品实行正面清单管理，只有符合条件的正面清单目录内的酒、饮料、调味品、食用油、乳品、蜂蜜等食品才能购买。
China implements a positive list management system for cross-border e-commerce retail imports. Only qualified food products on the list such as alcohol, beverages, condiments, edible oil, dairy products and honey can be purchased.
二、购买限制
2. Purchase Limits
根据相关规定，跨境电商零售进口商品的单次交易限值为人民币5000元，年度交易限值为人民币26000元。
According to regulations, the single transaction limit for cross-border e-commerce retail imports is RMB 5,000, with an annual transaction limit of RMB 26,000.
三、风险自担

跨境电商零售进口食品原产地有关标准可能与我国标准存在差异，消费者需自行承担相关风险。
Standards in the country of origin for cross-border e-commerce imported foods may differ from Chinese standards, and consumers need to bear relevant risks themselves.
四、售后维权

消费者应注意留存购物凭证，收到商品后注意检查生产日期及保质期等内容，如有问题及时与跨境电商平台联系。
Consumers should keep purchase receipts and check production dates and expiration dates upon receiving goods, contacting the platform promptly if any issues arise.
