2023年四川外贸进出口总值9574.9亿元 创历史佳绩
中新网成都1月17日电 - 据成都海关最新数据显示，2023年四川省外贸进出口总值达9574.9亿元，规模位居全国第八位。其中，出口6033.9亿元，进口3541亿元。
China News Service, Chengdu, January 17 - According to the latest data from Chengdu Customs, Sichuan Province's total foreign trade import and export value reached 957.49 billion yuan in 2023, ranking eighth nationwide. Exports accounted for 603.39 billion yuan while imports stood at 354.1 billion yuan.
2023年，四川外贸展现出强劲韧性，进出口规模呈现逐季攀升态势。一季度进出口2240.6亿元，随后二、三、四季度分别环比增长1.1%、1.5%和20.3%。特别是四季度单月规模连续刷新年度纪录，推动季度进出口总值达到2767.4亿元，创下历史次高纪录。
In 2023, Sichuan's foreign trade demonstrated strong resilience with quarter-by-quarter growth. The first quarter recorded 224.06 billion yuan, followed by quarter-on-quarter growth of 1.1%, 1.5% and 20.3% in subsequent quarters. The fourth quarter particularly saw monthly records being continuously broken, driving the quarterly total to 276.74 billion yuan - the second highest in history.
贸易结构持续优化：一般贸易进出口3754.5亿元，增长18.8%，占比提升至39.2%；市场采购出口365亿元，增长14.8%；对外承包工程出口41.1亿元，增长42.4%。
Optimized Trade Structure: General trade reached 375.45 billion yuan (up 18.8%), accounting for 39.2% of total trade. Market procurement exports grew 14.8% to 36.5 billion yuan, while exports for foreign contracted projects surged 42.4% to 4.11 billion yuan.
新兴市场表现亮眼：东盟成为四川最大贸易伙伴，进出口1796.6亿元，占比18.8%；对俄罗斯进出口增长54.5%至268.5亿元；对"一带一路"国家进出口4154亿元，增长10.3%；对非洲进出口426.4亿元，增长68.9%。
Emerging Markets Shine: ASEAN became Sichuan's largest trading partner with 179.66 billion yuan (18.8% share). Trade with Russia surged 54.5% to 26.85 billion yuan. Trade with Belt and Road countries grew 10.3% to 415.4 billion yuan, while Africa trade jumped 68.9% to 42.64 billion yuan.
新能源产品领跑出口：碳酸锂(19.4亿元)、氢氧化锂(110.9亿元)、锂镍钴锰氧化物(56.4亿元)出口量分列全国前三位。"新三样"产品(锂离子蓄电池、太阳能电池、电动载人汽车)出口161.8亿元，增长46.7%。
New Energy Products Lead Exports: Lithium carbonate (1.94 billion yuan), lithium hydroxide (11.09 billion yuan), and lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide (5.64 billion yuan) exports ranked top three nationally. The "new three" products (lithium-ion batteries, solar cells, and electric vehicles) exports surged 46.7% to 16.18 billion yuan.
特色农产品表现突出：鱼油(7.7亿元)、柠檬及酸橙(1.4亿元)出口全国第一；鱼子酱(8708.3万元)全国第二；白酒(4.1亿元)全国第三。
Specialty Agricultural Products Excel: Fish oil (770 million yuan) and lemons/limes (140 million yuan) exports ranked first nationally. Caviar exports (87.083 million yuan) ranked second, while liquor exports (410 million yuan) ranked third.
