古丈茶产业：从地方特产到国际品牌
Ancient Zhang Tea Industry: From Local Specialty to International Brand
古丈县地处武陵山脉，得天独厚的自然条件使其成为优质茶叶产区。茶叶总面积达20.5万亩，全县近70%农业人口从事茶产业，80%农业收入来自茶叶。
Located in the Wuling Mountains, Ancient Zhang County boasts unique natural conditions that make it an ideal tea-producing region. With a total tea planting area of 205,000 mu, nearly 70% of the county's agricultural population is engaged in the tea industry, which accounts for 80% of agricultural income.
自2015年启动帮扶工作以来，光大集团累计投入产业帮扶资金6600余万元，重点支持30多家茶企发展。目前古丈县茶叶年产值已跃升至18亿元。
Since the launch of assistance work in 2015, Everbright Group has invested over 66 million yuan in industrial assistance, focusing on supporting more than 30 tea enterprises. The annual output value of Ancient Zhang's tea industry has now soared to 1.8 billion yuan.
"在光大帮扶下，我们的红茶首次卖到香港、英国。这个意义是很不一样的，不再是以毛茶出口，而是我们的品牌被世界看到了。"牛角山村茶企负责人龙玲芝表示。
"With Everbright's assistance, our black tea was sold to Hong Kong and the UK for the first time. This is very meaningful - we're no longer just exporting raw tea, but our brand is being seen by the world," said Long Lingzhi, head of Niujiaoshan Village Tea Enterprise.

- Supported 12 tea enterprises to obtain organic certification

今年古丈县已接待游客560万人次，实现旅游收入46.4亿元，分别增长27.5%、32.5%。
This year, Ancient Zhang County has received 5.6 million tourists, generating 4.64 billion yuan in tourism revenue, representing growth of 27.5% and 32.5% respectively.
数字赋能乡村振兴
Digital Empowerment for Rural Revitalization
光大集团通过电商平台帮助古丈12家企业90余种特优农产品打开线上销路，累计销售额达3500多万元。通过直播带货等活动，带动农产品销售200万元。
Everbright Group has helped 12 enterprises in Ancient Zhang sell over 90 types of premium agricultural products online through e-commerce platforms, with cumulative sales exceeding 35 million yuan. Livestreaming sales activities have generated 2 million yuan in agricultural product sales.
新媒体"山白"全网粉丝超1000万，多个非遗视频播放量破亿，有效推广了古丈文旅资源。
The new media account "Shan Bai" has over 10 million followers across platforms, with several intangible cultural heritage videos exceeding 100 million views, effectively promoting Ancient Zhang's cultural and tourism resources.
光大集团挂职副县长郜晓丽表示："我们坚持帮扶力度不减，认真落实帮扶责任，为农民致富闯出一条新路子。"
Gao Xiaoli, Deputy County Magistrate seconded from Everbright Group, said: "We maintain our assistance efforts, conscientiously fulfill our assistance responsibilities, and explore new paths for farmers to become prosperous."
通过产业帮扶、品牌建设、电商赋能等多措并举，古丈茶产业实现了从传统农业到现代化产业的转型升级，为乡村振兴提供了可复制的成功经验。
Through comprehensive measures including industrial assistance, brand building, and e-commerce empowerment, Ancient Zhang's tea industry has achieved transformation and upgrading from traditional agriculture to modern industry, providing replicable successful experience for rural revitalization.
