云南景谷 - 3月22日，云南省普洱市景谷县正式发布"景谷大白茶"区域公共品牌，并制定了雄心勃勃的产业发展目标。到2030年，全县景谷大白茶种植面积将稳定在20万亩以上，全省推广种植面积达60万亩以上，综合总产值突破200亿元，打造中国大白茶产业示范区。
Yunnan Jinggu - On March 22, Jinggu County in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province officially launched the "Jinggu White Tea" regional public brand and announced ambitious industrial development goals. By 2030, the county's white tea planting area will stabilize at over 200,000 mu (about 13,333 hectares), with provincial promotion reaching 600,000 mu. The total comprehensive output value is expected to exceed 20 billion yuan, establishing China's white tea industry demonstration zone.
作为茶马古道重镇和普洱茶原产地，景谷同时还是云南白茶的核心产区，保留着百余株500年以上树龄的古树白茶。景谷大白茶制作工艺独特，无需杀青和揉捻，仅通过自然萎凋、晒干或文火烘干，成品具有"芽毫完整、满身披毫、汤色黄绿清澈、回甘持久、花香高扬"的特点，享有"茶中仙子"的美誉。
As an important town on the Ancient Tea Horse Road and the origin of Pu'er tea, Jinggu is also the core production area of Yunnan white tea, preserving over a hundred ancient white tea trees aged more than 500 years. Jinggu white tea features unique processing techniques without de-enzyming or rolling, only through natural withering, sun-drying or gentle heat drying. The finished product is characterized by "complete bud hairs, full coverage of pekoe, clear yellow-green liquor, lasting sweet aftertaste, and high floral aroma," earning the reputation of "Fairy of Tea."

景谷县委副书记、县长邓世武介绍，当地已发布《景谷大白茶加工技术规程》和《景谷大白茶》两项团体标准，建成数字白茶产业链追溯平台和古生物化石展陈馆。"秧塔大白茶"品种通过国家非主要农作物品种登记，为产业发展提供了种源支持和科技保障。
Deng Shiwu, Deputy Party Secretary and County Magistrate of Jinggu, introduced that the local government has released two group standards: "Jinggu White Tea Processing Technical Regulations" and "Jinggu White Tea," and completed the construction of a digital white tea industry chain traceability platform and a paleontological fossil exhibition hall. The "Yangta White Tea" variety has passed national registration for non-staple crops, providing germplasm support and technological guarantees for industrial development.
云南省农业科学院副院长张跃彬表示，自2015年定点帮扶景谷县以来，重点实施了良种培育、低产茶园改造等"五大科技工程"，全方位推动景谷大白茶产业高质量发展。
Zhang Yuebin, Vice President of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, stated that since targeted assistance to Jinggu County began in 2015, they have focused on implementing "Five Major Technological Projects" including improved variety cultivation and low-yield tea garden transformation, comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of Jinggu's white tea industry.
产业发展现状与未来规划
Current Industry Status and Future Plans
截至目前，景谷大白茶已在全县10个乡(镇)的142个行政村推广种植，面积达20万亩，获得有机茶园认证8万亩。全县有茶农12万余人，年产量近8000吨，综合产值26亿元，产品销往全国各地及东南亚，部分出口欧美市场。
To date, Jinggu white tea has been promoted for planting in 142 administrative villages across 10 townships in the county, covering 200,000 mu, with 80,000 mu certified as organic tea gardens. The county has over 120,000 tea farmers, with an annual output of nearly 8,000 tons and a comprehensive output value of 2.6 billion yuan. Products are sold nationwide and in Southeast Asia, with some exported to European and American markets.
2022年，景谷荣获全国"白茶产业统筹发展先行县域"和"茶业百强县域"称号，入选"茶业最具投资价值县域"榜单。小小的茶叶已成为带动民众增收致富的特色产业。
In 2022, Jinggu was awarded the national titles of "Pioneering County for Coordinated Development of White Tea Industry" and "Top 100 Tea-Producing Counties," and was listed among the "Most Investable Counties in Tea Industry." The small tea leaves have become a characteristic industry driving people's income growth.
景谷县茶叶和特色生物产业发展中心副主任陆传坤表示，到2030年，将建成云南省景谷大白茶生产加工中心、研究中心、交易集散中心，创建10个"特色产业"基地和50个以上茶叶专业村。
Lu Chuankun, Deputy Director of Jinggu County Tea and Special Biological Industry Development Center, stated that by 2030, they will establish Yunnan's Jinggu white tea production and processing center, research center, and trading distribution center, creating 10 "characteristic industry" bases and over 50 specialized tea villages.
