The report shows that Chinese web novel IP adaptations have performed remarkably well in global markets:

- "Douluo Continent: Soul Land" mobile game covered 80+ countries with revenue exceeding 10 billion
- Total views of web novel adapted animations reached 1.237 billion

中国音像与数字出版协会常务副理事长敖然指出："网络文学出海已从高增长向高质量转换，进入'全球共创IP'新阶段。"2023年海外市场营收达43.5亿元，同比增长7.06%。
China Audio-Video and Digital Publishing Association Vice Chairman Ao Ran stated: "The overseas expansion of web novels has transitioned from high growth to high quality, entering a new stage of 'global IP co-creation'." In 2023, overseas market revenue reached 4.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.06%.
