湖南碣滩茶专列满载200吨茶叶出口东盟 打造世界级茶叶品牌
中国·怀化 - 7月20日，一列装载20个国际标准集装箱、毛重约200吨碣滩茶的货运列车从湖南怀化国际陆港鸣笛发运，穿越西部陆海新通道奔向广阔的东盟市场。这是怀化国际陆港首趟茶叶货运专列，也是湖南省首趟茶叶货运专列。
China·Huaihua - On July 20, a freight train loaded with 20 international standard containers carrying about 200 tons of Jietan tea departed from Hunan Huaihua International Land Port, heading towards the vast ASEAN market through the New Western Land-Sea Corridor. This marks the first tea freight special train from Huaihua International Land Port and the first in Hunan Province.
此次沅陵碣滩茶出口东盟专列由湖南中百茶业有限公司外贸出口至马来西亚，合同价值6000万元人民币。怀化海关提前介入，为出口企业快速办理备案手续，对产品提供免费检测服务，在申报、包装、标签、通关、运输等方面进行全面指导。
The Jietan tea export special train from Yuanling was exported to Malaysia by Hunan Zhongbai Tea Industry Co., Ltd., with a contract value of 60 million yuan. Huaihua Customs intervened in advance to quickly complete filing procedures for export enterprises, provided free testing services for products, and offered comprehensive guidance in declaration, packaging, labeling, customs clearance, and transportation.
沅陵是中国中部六省版图面积最大的县，自古就有种植茶叶的历史，所产碣滩茶典承神农，载于西晋，扬名凤姣，记于《茶经》，自唐代起历为贡品，被誉为"千年贡茶"。1972年，当时的日本首相田中角荣来华访问，曾夸赞碣滩茶并称之为"中日友好之茶"。2011年3月，"碣滩茶"被批准实施地理标志产品保护。
Yuanling is the county with the largest territory in the six central provinces of China and has a long history of tea cultivation. The Jietan tea produced there can trace its origins to Shennong, was recorded in the Western Jin Dynasty, became famous during the Fengjiao period, and was documented in "The Classic of Tea." Since the Tang Dynasty, it has been a tribute tea and is known as the "Millennium Tribute Tea." In 1972, then Japanese Prime Minister Tanaka Kakuei praised Jietan tea during his visit to China, calling it the "Tea of Sino-Japanese Friendship." In March 2011, "Jietan Tea" was approved for geographical indication product protection.

Leveraging the Huaihua International Land Port platform to explore ASEAN markets and build a world-class Jietan tea brand is of milestone significance," said Liu Xiangyang, Secretary of the Yuanling County Party Committee. Relying on Huaihua International Land Port, Yuanling is actively developing foreign trade with ASEAN countries using tea as a breakthrough, injecting new momentum into the tea industry and promoting the vigorous development of the county's export-oriented economy.
目前，沅陵茶园面积已发展到18万亩，2021年茶叶总产量达1.5万吨，年综合产值23亿元。据海关统计数据，2021年中国出口茶叶36.94万吨，出口金额22.99亿美元，茶叶贸易额排名前三的国家分别是马来西亚、摩洛哥、越南，其中马来西亚和越南均为东盟国家，是中国的传统贸易伙伴，发展合作潜力巨大。
Currently, Yuanling's tea plantation area has expanded to 180,000 mu (about 12,000 hectares), with a total tea output of 15,000 tons in 2021 and an annual comprehensive output value of 2.3 billion yuan. According to customs statistics, China exported 369,400 tons of tea in 2021, with an export value of $2.299 billion. The top three countries in terms of tea trade volume were Malaysia, Morocco, and Vietnam, with Malaysia and Vietnam being ASEAN countries and China's traditional trade partners, showing huge potential for development cooperation.
怀化国际陆港作为湖南省五大国际货运中心中唯一的东盟货运集结中心，充分发挥平台功能推动"怀化至越南""怀化至老挝"等国际班列双向常态化开行。本次专列的开通将有利于降低物流成本、缩短运输时间，助推更多茶企拓展海外市场，并为更多农副产品出口东盟市场发挥示范带动作用。
As the only ASEAN freight consolidation center among Hunan Province's five international freight centers, Huaihua International Land Port has fully utilized its platform functions to promote the regular two-way operation of international trains such as "Huaihua-Vietnam" and "Huaihua-Laos." The launch of this special train will help reduce logistics costs, shorten transportation time, assist more tea enterprises in expanding overseas markets, and serve as a model for exporting more agricultural products to ASEAN markets.
