国际贸易"单一窗口"助推内蒙古外贸发展 今年超150万份单证实现"一站式"办理
呼和浩特海关深化"放管服"改革，深入落实国际贸易"单一窗口"建设总体部署，持续优化口岸营商环境。今年截至目前，内蒙古自治区国际贸易"单一窗口"申报业务量超150万份，主要业务应用率达到100%。
The Hohhot Customs has deepened the reform of "delegating power, improving regulation, and upgrading services", thoroughly implemented the overall deployment of the construction of the international trade "Single Window", and continuously optimized the port business environment. As of this year, the number of declaration services through the Inner Mongolia International Trade "Single Window" has exceeded 1.5 million, with a 100% application rate for major services.
国际贸易"单一窗口"是全国海关通关一体化的重要依托平台，目前可实现19大类781项基本功能，覆盖自治区所有口岸以及特殊监管区域等各类区域，服务于各类企业。
The International Trade "Single Window" is an important supporting platform for the national customs clearance integration. It currently provides 781 basic functions in 19 categories, covering all ports and special supervision areas in the autonomous region, serving various types of enterprises.
呼和浩特海关全面推广应用"单一窗口"，组织开展系统使用培训11次。通过"百人联千企"专项行动收集企业问题，推动"单一窗口"标准版优化8项功能。
The Hohhot Customs has comprehensively promoted the application of the "Single Window", organizing 11 system usage training sessions. Through the "Hundred People Connecting with Thousand Enterprises" special action, it collected enterprise issues and promoted the optimization of 8 functions in the "Single Window" standard version.
进出口环节监管证件精简至41项，其中38项通过"单一窗口"受理并实现联网核查，企业"多证合一"备案比例达76.7%，位居全国42个直属海关第3位。
The number of regulatory documents for import and export has been reduced to 41, with 38 of them being accepted through the "Single Window" and achieving online verification. The "multi-certificate integration" filing rate for enterprises reached 76.7%, ranking third among 42 directly subordinate customs nationwide.
为保障企业便捷使用"单一窗口"，呼和浩特海关推行"关银一KEY通"项目，开通合作制卡代理点17个，覆盖辖区所有业务现场，累计免费发放电子口岸安全产品992套。
To ensure convenient use of the "Single Window" by enterprises, the Hohhot Customs implemented the "Customs-Bank One KEY" project, opening 17 cooperative card-making agency points covering all business sites in the jurisdiction, and has distributed 992 sets of electronic port security products free of charge.
