外贸人只有熟悉产品之后,才能从容应对询盘和跟进客户,让客户感受到业务人员的专业。虽然在进入本公司之前有三四年的外贸经验,但是从家纺到美容仪器,跨度非常大,很长时间都理解不了美容仪器的光电原理,不敢上手操作机器(有一定的危险),几乎花了一个月的时间学习产品知识,才感受到终于入门了。

Even after understanding the devices, it’s essential to spend 30 minutes to an hour daily studying product knowledge—keep learning from colleagues, competitors, and clients, analyze competitor differences and pricing, and stay updated on industry trends.
