河源海关助力玩具出口 儿童玩具畅销全球的秘诀
5月27日，在河源源力玩具（河源）有限公司的车间里，工人们正熟练地打包一批批精美的儿童汽车和玩偶。这些玩具将在数小时后运往深圳港口，在六一儿童节前分销到世界各地。
On May 27, at Heyuan Yuanli Toys (Heyuan) Co., Ltd., workers were skillfully packing batches of exquisite toy cars and dolls. These toys would be transported to Shenzhen port within hours, ready for global distribution before International Children's Day.
玩具出口是河源的优势产业，目前已有11家加工贸易玩具企业。出口的拳头产品包括塑胶玩偶、锌合金玩具车等，深受美国、日本、韩国等国儿童喜爱。今年1-4月，河源市劳动密集型产业进出口19.9亿元，增长7.1%，其中玩具出口4.1亿元。
Toy exports are a competitive industry in Heyuan, with 11 processing trade toy enterprises currently operating. Star export products include plastic dolls, zinc alloy toy cars, etc., which are very popular among children in the US, Japan, South Korea and other countries. From January to April this year, Heyuan's labor-intensive industries achieved import and export value of 1.99 billion yuan, an increase of 7.1%, including 410 million yuan in toy exports.
认证培育助力质量提升 | Certification Cultivation Enhances Quality
河源源力玩具（河源）有限公司在河源海关的辅导下，于2021年6月成为AEO高级认证企业。该公司负责人陈煌表示："AEO认证就像企业的金字招牌，帮助我们提高通关效率、节省成本。今年以来，公司进出口总值超亿元，同比增长42.7%。"
Heyuan Yuanli Toys (Heyuan) Co., Ltd. became an AEO advanced certified enterprise in June 2021 with guidance from Heyuan Customs. Company representative Chen Huang stated: "AEO certification is like a golden signboard for enterprises, helping us improve customs clearance efficiency and reduce costs. This year, our import and export value has exceeded 100 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42.7%."
"纸黄金"降低企业成本 | "Paper Gold" Reduces Costs
原产地证书被称为"纸黄金"。今年1-4月，河源海关为出口玩具签发512份原产地证书，签证金额2315万美元，为企业在进口方减免关税约500万元人民币。
Certificates of origin are known as "paper gold." From January to April, Heyuan Customs issued 512 certificates of origin for toy exports, with certified amount reaching $23.15 million, helping enterprises save about 5 million yuan in tariffs from importing countries.
丹尼玩具（龙川）有限公司关务部经理张小凤表示："RCEP实施后，海关指导我们申请原产地证书，这对争取更多客户订单起到了积极作用。尽管受疫情影响，我们今年的出口订单仍有望增长。"
Zhang Xiaofeng, customs affairs manager of Danny Toys (Longchuan) Co., Ltd., said: "After RCEP took effect, customs guided us in applying for certificates of origin, which played a positive role in securing more customer orders. Despite the pandemic impact, our export orders are still expected to grow this year."

Deng Yihui, head of Heyuan Customs' government service section, stated: "We will thoroughly implement measures to stabilize and improve foreign trade, continuously enhance customs clearance facilitation and quality inspection, and help more 'Made in Heyuan' toys go global."
