山西投资37亿打造运城水果出口平台 - 外贸信托与谷歌推广最佳实践

新华社太原3月6日电（记者 王飞航）据山西省农业厅消息，为推动山西果业对外开放和转型升级，山西将投资37.04亿元，重点打造运城水果出口平台。

Xinhua News Agency, Taiyuan, March 6th (Reporter Wang Feihang) - According to the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture, to promote the opening and transformation of Shanxi's fruit industry, the province will invest 3.704 billion yuan to build the Yuncheng Fruit Export Platform.

近年来，山西水果，尤其是运城水果，不断出口到"一带一路"沿线国家和地区。2015年，运城苹果首次出口美国；2016年，运城油桃首次出口澳大利亚；2017年，吉县苹果出口美国和澳大利亚，标志着山西水果已具备通向世界高端市场的质量和技术标准。

In recent years, Shanxi fruits, especially those from Yuncheng, have been continuously exported to countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" initiative. In 2015, Yuncheng apples were exported to the United States for the first time; in 2016, Yuncheng peaches were exported to Australia; and in 2017, Jixian apples were exported to the US and Australia, marking Shanxi fruits' compliance with quality and technical standards for high-end global markets.

山西省农业厅相关负责人表示，2011年以来，山西水果出口量以年均50%以上的速度增长，目前果品出口量和出口额占山西农产品出口的82%以上。

Officials from the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture stated that since 2011, Shanxi's fruit exports have grown at an average annual rate of over 50%, currently accounting for more than 82% of the province's total agricultural exports by volume and value.

要实现大宗水果出口，需搭建平台。为此，山西省政府办公厅近日印发了《山西运城水果出口平台建设规划》，计划投资37.04亿元，建设山西运城水果出口平台。

To achieve large-scale fruit exports, a platform needs to be established. For this purpose, the Shanxi Provincial Government Office recently issued the "Shanxi Yuncheng Fruit Export Platform Construction Plan," allocating 3.704 billion yuan to build the platform.

按照规划，山西省将构建"一体两翼"的运城水果出口平台。"一体"即打造"平台"主体，将运城、临汾打造成全国重要的绿色果品生产和出口基地，将运城打造成全国重要果品的国际国内贸易平台；"两翼"即构建"平台"两翼，建立完善的农产品出口检验检疫体系和专业化的综合服务体系，形成一二三产业融合发展的果业大产业体系。

According to the plan, Shanxi will establish a "one body, two wings" structure for the Yuncheng Fruit Export Platform. The "body" refers to making Yuncheng and Linfen national hubs for green fruit production and export, with Yuncheng becoming a key international and domestic trade platform. The "wings" involve building comprehensive export inspection and quarantine systems and professional integrated service systems, forming a large-scale fruit industry that integrates primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors.

山西省果业工作总站相关负责人表示，到2020年，运城、临汾两市水果出口量将达到50万吨，标准化生产果园占果园总面积的50%以上，水果出口注册果园面积达到100万亩；到2025年，出口量达到100万吨。

Officials from the Shanxi Fruit Industry Station stated that by 2020, fruit exports from Yuncheng and Linfen will reach 500,000 tons, with standardized orchards accounting for over 50% of total orchard area and registered export orchards covering 1 million mu (666,667 hectares). By 2025, exports are projected to reach 1 million tons.

为实现这一目标，山西将在京津冀、长三角、珠三角、东三省等区域建设运城、临汾果品主销区，并布局和建设一批直销窗口；重点在天津、青岛、霍尔果斯、满洲里、黑河等边境口岸城市开设针对外商采购的直销窗口。

To achieve these goals, Shanxi will establish main sales areas for Yuncheng and Linfen fruits in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Northeast China, while setting up direct sales outlets. Priority will be given to opening foreign trade-focused direct sales windows in border cities like Tianjin, Qingdao, Khorgos, Manzhouli, and Heihe.
