上海外贸再创新高：8月进出口突破4149亿元 韧性增长背后的驱动力
最新海关数据显示，2022年8月，上海市外贸进出口总值达4149.7亿元，同比增长15.8%。其中出口1742.7亿元（增长26.2%），进口2407亿元（增长9.2%）。这是继7月首次突破4000亿元大关后，上海外贸再创单月历史新高。
According to the latest customs data, in August 2022, Shanghai's total foreign trade import and export value reached 414.97 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.8%. Exports totaled 174.27 billion yuan (up 26.2%), while imports reached 240.7 billion yuan (up 9.2%). Following the first breakthrough of 400 billion yuan in July, Shanghai's foreign trade has set another monthly record high.
V型复苏态势明显：尽管4月份受疫情影响进出口大幅下滑，但随着6月全面复工复产，上海外贸呈现强劲反弹。6月当月进出口增速由负转正（同比+9.6%），较4月低点回升46.2个百分点。上半年累计进出口1.88万亿元，基本恢复至去年同期水平。
Clear V-shaped recovery trend: Despite a significant decline in April due to pandemic impacts, Shanghai's foreign trade showed strong rebound after full resumption of work in June. The import/export growth rate turned positive in June (yoy +9.6%), rebounding 46.2 percentage points from April's low. The cumulative import/export volume in the first half reached 1.88 trillion yuan, basically returning to last year's level.
两大市场主体表现亮眼：
• 外商投资企业：上半年进出口1.16万亿元（微降0.5%）
• 民营企业：实现4.7%的正增长

• Luxury goods: Passenger cars, watches, jewelry all saw double-digit growth
• Industrial materials: Integrated circuits (+23.2%), semiconductor equipment (+42.2%), nickel iron (+216.3%), lithium carbonate (37.1 times)
政策支持成效显著：上海连续出台多批外贸企业"白名单"，重点支持龙头企业、"专精特新"中小企业，解决防疫、用工、物流等难题。中欧班列"上海号"开行频次创新高，5月我国首单外资班轮"沿海捎带"业务落地上海。
Effective policy support: Shanghai has issued multiple batches of "white lists" for foreign trade enterprises, focusing on supporting leading enterprises and "specialized and sophisticated" SMEs, while solving problems related to epidemic prevention, employment, and logistics. The frequency of China-Europe freight trains "Shanghai Express" hit record highs, and in May, China's first foreign shipping line "coastal relay" business landed in Shanghai.
