丽水外贸出口企业首次突破千家 - 外贸结构持续优化
【丽水日报讯】 2月17日，记者从市商务局获悉，2021年丽水全市有出口实绩企业数首次突破千家，达到1008家。
【Lishui Daily News】 February 17, according to the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the number of enterprises with actual export performance in Lishui exceeded 1,000 for the first time in 2021, reaching 1,008.
2021年1-12月，全市出口总值超过了287亿元，不仅实体经济出口增长迅速，而且外贸结构也得到了持续优化。
From January to December 2021, the city's total export value exceeded 28.7 billion yuan, with not only rapid growth in the export of the real economy but also continuous optimization of the foreign trade structure.
根据数据显示，截至目前，全市有出口实绩的1008家企业中，生产型企业有683家，占全市总数的67.8%，流通型企业有325家，占全市总数的32.2%。
According to the data, among the 1,008 enterprises with actual export performance, 683 are production-oriented enterprises, accounting for 67.8% of the total, while 325 are circulation-oriented enterprises, accounting for 32.2%.
从出口规模上看，2021年全年，全市外贸出口实绩企业实力也有所提升，出口超亿元的企业达到了63家，其中，单缙云县就有20家。
In terms of export scale, the strength of enterprises with actual export performance has also improved throughout 2021, with 63 enterprises achieving exports exceeding 100 million yuan, including 20 in Jinyun County alone.
全市有出口实绩的1008家企业，从企业类型看，内资生产企业最多，共计出口187.8亿元，同比增长32.8%，占全市出口总额的65.4%。
Among the 1,008 enterprises with actual export performance, domestic-funded production enterprises accounted for the largest share, with total exports of 18.78 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.8%, accounting for 65.4% of the city's total exports.
从出口国别看，对荷兰、西班牙、波兰出现快速增长，出口金额同比增加53.5%、39.9%和22.3%。另外，对美国出口82.6亿元，占全市出口总额的28.7%，对“一带一路”沿线国家出口84.2亿元，占全市出口总额的29.3%。
In terms of export destinations, exports to the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland showed rapid growth, with year-on-year increases of 53.5%, 39.9%, and 22.3%, respectively. Additionally, exports to the United States reached 8.26 billion yuan, accounting for 28.7% of the city's total exports, while exports to countries along the "Belt and Road" reached 8.42 billion yuan, accounting for 29.3%.
从主要出口产品看，农产品、机械用品出口较好，出口金额同比增加13.6%和5.6%。
In terms of major export products, agricultural products and machinery performed well, with export values increasing by 13.6% and 5.6% year-on-year, respectively.
去年以来，受客观的、共性的因素影响，全市外贸进出口面临着不小的下行压力。为切实稳外贸，我市商务部门紧紧围绕国家、省、市重大决策部署，着力外贸主体培育，开展万企贸易成长计划、小微三年行动计划，不断扩大外贸企业总量，密切跟踪应对中美经贸摩擦，深化“三服务”，努力扩大竞争优势，不断营造良好营商环境，推动外贸在复杂严峻的国际贸易形势下稳中有进。
Since last year, affected by objective and common factors, the city's foreign trade imports and exports have faced considerable downward pressure. To stabilize foreign trade, the city's commerce department has focused on cultivating foreign trade entities, implementing the "10,000 Enterprise Trade Growth Plan" and the "Three-Year Action Plan for Small and Micro Enterprises," continuously expanding the total number of foreign trade enterprises, closely tracking and responding to Sino-US economic and trade frictions, deepening the "Three Services," striving to expand competitive advantages, and continuously creating a favorable business environment to promote stable progress in foreign trade under complex and severe international trade conditions.
通过全市上下砥砺奋进，目前全市已实现了外贸降幅低位回升，降幅逐步收窄；实体经济出口高速增长，外贸结构持续优化。
Through the concerted efforts of the entire city, the decline in foreign trade has rebounded from a low level, with the decline gradually narrowing; the export of the real economy has grown rapidly, and the foreign trade structure has continued to optimize.
市商务局相关负责人表示，今年省政府工作报告中提出“三个千方百计”，要千方百计稳外贸稳外资，包括了推动外贸外资平稳发展、高标准建设自由贸易试验区、深度参与共建“一带一路”等举措。
A relevant official from the Municipal Bureau of Commerce stated that this year's provincial government work report proposed "three utmost efforts," including making every effort to stabilize foreign trade and foreign investment, promoting the steady development of foreign trade and investment, high-standard construction of free trade pilot zones, and deep participation in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road."
为此，今年我市商务部门将持续围绕中央经济工作会议提出的“稳字当头、稳中求进”的总要求，按照“打好翻身仗、确保全年红”的思路，全力抓好外贸重点指标、重点项目、重点工作，着力解决影响和制约外贸稳定发展的堵点、痛点和难点问题，促进外贸回稳向好。
To this end, this year, the city's commerce department will continue to focus on the general requirements of "prioritizing stability and seeking progress while maintaining stability" proposed by the Central Economic Work Conference, following the idea of "turning the tide and ensuring success throughout the year," fully grasping key foreign trade indicators, key projects, and key tasks, and striving to solve the bottlenecks, pain points, and difficulties affecting and restricting the stable development of foreign trade to promote the recovery and improvement of foreign trade.
据悉，目前，市商务局正在着力谋划新的外贸政策，旨在进一步促进外贸高质量发展，内容包含鼓励外贸企业扩量提质、支持高新技术产品进口、培育外贸领军企业等。
It is reported that the Municipal Bureau of Commerce is currently planning new foreign trade policies aimed at further promoting the high-quality development of foreign trade, including encouraging foreign trade enterprises to expand and improve quality, supporting the import of high-tech products, and cultivating leading foreign trade enterprises.
