湖北日报讯（记者 张爱虎 通讯员 陆春婷）湖北农产品出口持续保持中部领先地位，1-10月出口额达221.4亿元，同比增长28.1%。这一亮眼成绩背后，是武汉海关推进智慧海关建设带来的显著成效。

11月24日，湖北中兴食品有限公司申报出口茶叶时，海关属地查检业务管理系统在1分钟内自动出具电子底账。"以前需要2小时，现在即时获取，太方便了！"公司关务负责人马婷婷表示。
On November 24, when Hubei Zhongxing Food Co., Ltd. declared tea for export, the customs inspection system automatically issued e-documents within 1 minute. "It used to take 2 hours, now we get it instantly. So convenient!" said Ma Tingting, the company's customs affairs manager.
检验证书申领缩至10分钟 | Inspection Certificate Application Reduced to 10 Minutes
随州玉斌食品有限公司通过"云签发"模式，30分钟完成26万元出口鸡蛋的全流程。"以前专人跑海关，现在足不出户自主打印"，负责人夏定良表示。该系统已为168个国家签发1.97万份证书。
Suizhou Yubin Food Co., Ltd. completed the entire process for exporting 260,000 yuan worth of eggs in 30 minutes through the "cloud issuance" mode. "We used to send staff to customs, now we print certificates at home," said Xia Dingliang. The system has issued 19,700 certificates for 168 countries.

十堰海关对昌利菌业出口蘑菇菌丝实施20分钟远程查检。"以前需要半天，现在效率提升3-6倍"，负责人朱玉花说。今年以来，武汉海关已快速验放3326批货物。
Shiyan Customs conducted a 20-minute remote inspection for Changli Mushroom's export. "It used to take half a day, now efficiency has improved 3-6 times," said Zhu Yuhua. This year, Wuhan Customs has quickly cleared 3,326 batches of goods.
武汉海关表示，智慧海关建设实现了"管得住、放得开、通得快"的目标，为湖北农产品拓展海外市场提供了有力支撑。
Wuhan Customs stated that smart customs construction has achieved the goal of "effective control, open release, and fast clearance", providing strong support for Hubei's agricultural products to expand overseas markets.
