2023年中国外贸进出口能否实现全年平稳收官？外贸数据深度分析
根据海关总署最新数据显示，2023年前11个月，我国货物贸易进出口总值达39.79万亿元人民币，同比增长4.9%。其中出口23.04万亿元，增长6.7%；进口16.75万亿元，增长2.4%。
According to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs, in the first 11 months of 2023, China's total import and export value of goods reached 39.79 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.9%. Exports totaled 23.04 trillion yuan, up 6.7%, while imports reached 16.75 trillion yuan, up 2.4%.
尽管11月单月外贸增速有所放缓（进出口增长1.2%），但我国外贸已连续8个月保持增长态势。其中11月出口增长5.8%，进口下降4.7%。
Although monthly trade growth slowed in November (up 1.2% for imports and exports), China's foreign trade has maintained growth for eight consecutive months. November exports grew by 5.8%, while imports declined by 4.7%.

从贸易方式看：
- 一般贸易进出口25.5万亿元，增长3.7%，占比64.1%
- 加工贸易进出口7.22万亿元，增长3.6%，占比18.1%
- 保税物流方式进出口5.64万亿元，增长13%

主要贸易伙伴表现
Performance with Major Trading Partners
东盟继续保持我国第一大贸易伙伴地位（贸易总值6.29万亿元，增长8.6%，占比15.8%），对"一带一路"国家合计进出口18.74万亿元，增长6%。
ASEAN remains China's largest trading partner (trade value of 6.29 trillion yuan, up 8.6%, accounting for 15.8%). Trade with Belt and Road countries totaled 18.74 trillion yuan, up 6%.
外贸主体活力增强
Enhanced Vitality of Trade Entities
民营企业进出口同比增长8.7%，占比达55.3%（提升2个百分点）；外商投资企业进出口11.67万亿元，增长1.1%。
Private enterprises' imports and exports grew by 8.7%, accounting for 55.3% (up 2 percentage points). Foreign-invested enterprises' trade reached 11.67 trillion yuan, up 1.1%.
海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，随着政策协同发力，我国外贸有望平稳收官，全年质升量稳目标可以实现。
Lyu Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis at the General Administration of Customs, stated that with coordinated policy efforts, China's foreign trade is expected to achieve stable year-end performance, realizing the annual goal of quality improvement and quantity stability.
