广州海关助力年花年桔出口 1月出口量达3591万株创佳绩

近日，广州海关所属荔湾海关对一批300株、价值1.5万美元的年桔完成属地查检，该批货物经检验合格后快速出口至马来西亚。据统计，2024年1月，广州海关关区（佛山顺德、广州荔湾）累计出口年花年桔约3591万株，货值约3.85亿元人民币，主要销往新加坡、荷兰、尼泊尔等国家和中国香港地区。
Recently, Liwan Customs officers inspected a batch of 300 kumquat trees valued at $15,000, which were quickly exported to Malaysia after passing inspection. Statistics show that in January 2024, Guangzhou Customs District (Shunde, Foshan and Liwan, Guangzhou) exported approximately 35.91 million festive plants worth 385 million yuan, mainly to Singapore, the Netherlands, Nepal and Hong Kong, China.

应节花卉尤其是年桔出口面临严格检疫要求。荔湾海关植物检疫专家潘振东介绍："我们建议企业将年桔花盘离地摆放，对栽培土壤进行浸药消毒，并用高压水冲洗叶片。这些措施能有效预防病虫害，同时不会过多增加企业负担。"

Seasonal flowers, especially kumquats, face strict quarantine requirements. Pan Zhendong, a plant quarantine expert at Liwan Customs, explained: "We recommend elevating the plant containers, disinfecting the cultivation soil, and washing leaves with high-pressure water. These measures effectively prevent pests without significantly increasing the workload for enterprises."

广州海关针对花卉出口"鲜急特"的特点，开设"绿色通道"，实施"过程监管、提前检疫、快速核放"模式。真趣园艺场负责人余正昌表示："海关的预报预检服务和优先检测机制，帮助我们实现了最短时间内保质保鲜出口。"

Guangzhou Customs has established a "green channel" for the fresh and time-sensitive flower exports, implementing a "process supervision, advance quarantine, rapid release" model. Yu Zhengchang, head of Zhenqu Horticultural Farm, said: "Customs' advance inspection services and priority testing mechanism help us achieve fast exports while maintaining quality."
