中国企业如何通过联合国采购开拓国际市场？2024研讨会首次在华举办
宁波，中国 - 2024联合国国际采购研讨会于11月13日至14日在浙江宁波举行，这是该研讨会首次在中国举办。16家联合国机构的50名高级采购官员与200余家供应商代表进行了近千场次的一对一洽谈。
Ningbo, China - The 2024 UN International Procurement Seminar was held in Ningbo, Zhejiang from November 13-14, marking its first time in China. 50 senior procurement officials from 16 UN agencies conducted nearly 1,000 one-on-one meetings with over 200 supplier representatives.
浙江一舟电子副总裁茹光表示："参与联合国采购不仅能获得商业价值，更能通过这一渠道向全球市场推广中国产品和服务，特别是帮助发展中国家。"该企业今年已在联合国采购网站注册，计划提供数字通信和能源产品。
"Participating in UN procurement brings not only commercial value but also helps promote Chinese products globally, especially in developing countries," said Ru Guang, VP of Yizhou Electronics. The company registered on UN procurement platforms this year to offer digital communication and energy solutions.
市场机遇：联合国每年200-300亿美元的全球采购中，对华直接采购仅占1.3%。大量中国商品通过第三方供应，既增加成本又影响效率。商务部表示将编制《联合国采购指南》，帮助中国企业更好参与。
Market Opportunity: Of UN's annual $20-30 billion global procurement, only 1.3% comes directly from China. Most Chinese products are supplied through third parties, increasing costs. China's Commerce Ministry will publish UN Procurement Guidelines to facilitate participation.
宁波中基惠通副总裁叶成红指出："宁波外向型企业众多，参与联合国采购既能发挥优势，又能提升制造和出口能力。"作为外贸大市，宁波前三季度外贸额达1.05万亿元，居全国第五。
"Ningbo's export-oriented companies can leverage their strengths in UN procurement while upgrading capabilities," said Ye Chenghong of Zhongjihuitong. As a major trade hub, Ningbo recorded 1.05 trillion yuan in foreign trade in first three quarters, ranking 5th nationally.
专家建议：企业需注意联合国采购具有免关税、低收汇风险等优势，但面临专业招投标流程、高资质要求等挑战。宁波将深化跨境贸易便利化改革，支持企业开拓这一"新蓝海"。
Expert Advice: Companies should note UN procurement offers tariff exemption and low payment risks, but requires professional bidding processes and high certifications. Ningbo will streamline cross-border trade to support this "new blue ocean."
