中国海关最新统计数据显示，2023年前11个月京津冀地区进出口总值达4.6万亿元人民币，同比增长0.6%，创历史同期新高。其中北京地区占比达71.7%，继续领跑区域外贸发展。

According to the latest customs statistics, the total import and export value of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region reached 4.6 trillion yuan in the first 11 months of 2023, a year-on-year increase of 0.6%, setting a new historical record for the same period. Beijing accounted for 71.7% of the total, continuing to lead regional foreign trade development.

进口结构持续优化

Continuous Optimization of Import Structure

前11个月京津冀进口3.35万亿元，其中高新技术产品进口占比超10%，同比增长3.1%。汽车零配件和航空器零部件进口增速显著，分别增长13.7%和13%。

In the first 11 months, imports in the region reached 3.35 trillion yuan, with high-tech products accounting for over 10% of imports, up 3.1% year-on-year. Auto parts and aircraft components showed significant growth, increasing by 13.7% and 13% respectively.

出口表现亮眼

Strong Export Performance

出口方面，前11个月京津冀出口1.25万亿元，增长4.5%。高新技术产品出口占比近20%，大幅增长11.9%。汽车、"新三样"产品、手机等出口全面增长，其中汽车出口增长达62.8%。

On the export side, the region exported 1.25 trillion yuan in the first 11 months, up 4.5%. High-tech products accounted for nearly 20% of exports, surging 11.9%. Comprehensive growth was seen in automobiles, "new three" products, mobile phones, etc., with auto exports growing by 62.8%.

河北外贸表现突出

Outstanding Performance in Hebei

河北省1-11月进出口总值5601.9亿元，同比增长8.1%。新能源汽车出口增长1.9倍，锂离子电池出口增长96.7%。石家庄某新能源企业表示，其定制化储能产品70%以上出口海外，订单已排至明年2月。

Hebei Province's import and export value reached 560.19 billion yuan from January to November, up 8.1% year-on-year. New energy vehicle exports grew by 190%, while lithium-ion battery exports increased by 96.7%. A new energy company in Shijiazhuang reported that over 70% of its customized energy storage products are exported overseas, with orders scheduled until February next year.

川渝地区协同发展

Chengdu-Chongqing Coordinated Development

川渝两地前11个月外贸总值1.57万亿元，增长4%。高新技术产品进出口9959.4亿元，增长13.8%，其中集成电路进出口规模居全国前列。两地海关推出133项创新举措，多项改革获全国推广。

The Chengdu-Chongqing region achieved a total foreign trade value of 1.57 trillion yuan in the first 11 months, up 4%. High-tech product import and export reached 995.94 billion yuan, growing by 13.8%, with integrated circuits ranking among the top nationwide. The two regions' customs authorities have introduced 133 innovative measures, with several reforms being promoted nationwide.

专家分析指出，随着区域协同发展战略的深入实施和产业结构的持续优化，京津冀和成渝地区外贸发展质量不断提升，为全国外贸稳增长提供了重要支撑。
