中国外贸7月进出口3.46万亿元 专家预计四季度有望反弹

8月8日，海关总署公布数据显示，今年前7个月我国进出口总值23.55万亿元人民币，同比增长0.4%。其中，出口13.47万亿元，增长1.5%；进口10.08万亿元，下降1.1%。
On August 8, customs data showed that China's total import and export value in the first seven months reached 23.55 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.4%. Exports were 13.47 trillion yuan, up 1.5%, while imports fell 1.1% to 10.08 trillion yuan.
7月进出口处历史同期较高水平

海关总署统计分析司司长吕大良表示，7月当月我国进出口3.46万亿元，处于历史同期较高水平。与2019年同期相比增长25.7%。
Lyu Daliang, director of the General Administration of Customs' statistics department, said July's import and export value of 3.46 trillion yuan was at a historically high level for the same period, up 25.7% compared with July 2019.
高基数拖累同比增速
High base effect drags down year-on-year growth
7月份我国进出口同比下降8.3%，其中出口下降9.2%。东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青表示，去年疫情后出口基数抬高是重要原因。
China's July imports and exports fell 8.3% year-on-year, with exports down 9.2%. Wang Qing, chief macro analyst at Oriental Jincheng, said the high base effect after last year's post-pandemic export recovery was a key factor.
汽车出口表现亮眼
Strong performance in auto exports
前7个月汽车出口金额同比增长118.5%，7月单月增长83.26%。新能源汽车"弯道超车"效应显著，锂电池、太阳能电池等"新三样"出口增长61.6%。
Auto export value surged 118.5% in the first seven months, with July alone up 83.26%. New energy vehicles show strong "overtaking" effect, while exports of "new three" items (EVs, lithium batteries, solar cells) rose 61.6%.
专家预计四季度反弹
Experts predict Q4 rebound
中国世贸组织研究会副会长霍建国表示，随着稳外贸政策发力和基数降低，出口有望反弹，全年进出口正增长可能性较大。
Huo Jianguo, vice president of the China WTO Research Association, said exports may rebound in Q4 with policy support and lower base effect, maintaining likelihood of full-year import/export growth.
民营企业占比提升
Private enterprises' share increases
前7个月民营企业进出口占比达52.9%，提升3.1个百分点。其中出口占比63%，显示民营企业在外贸中的主力军作用持续增强。
Private enterprises accounted for 52.9% of total foreign trade value, up 3.1 percentage points, with 63% share in exports, demonstrating their growing role as main force in foreign trade.
