2023年底，英德市茶园种植面积17.7万亩，干茶年产量1.65万吨，综合产值75.26亿元。目前，全市茶园面积达18.16万亩，今年上半年实现综合产值38.55亿元，预计今年综合产值将突破90亿元。
By the end of 2023, Yingde City had 177,000 mu of tea plantations with annual dry tea production of 16,500 tons and comprehensive output value of 7.526 billion yuan. Currently, the city's tea plantation area has reached 181,600 mu, achieving 3.855 billion yuan in comprehensive output value in the first half of this year, with annual output value expected to exceed 9 billion yuan.
今年5月，2024中国茶叶区域公用品牌价值评估结果出炉，"英德红茶"品牌价值达47.73亿元，位居广东省第一、全国红茶类第二。
In May 2024, the evaluation results of China's regional public tea brands were released, with "Yingde Black Tea" brand value reaching 4.773 billion yuan, ranking first in Guangdong Province and second among black teas nationwide.

英德市农业农村局联合当地知名茶企，依托相关媒体在巴黎奥运会期间对英德红茶进行全方位的宣传推广。四家茶企产品将代表英德红茶前往法国巴黎，共同见证奥运精彩赛事。
The Yingde Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau has partnered with local renowned tea companies to conduct comprehensive promotional activities for Yingde Black Tea during the Paris Olympics through media channels. Products from four tea companies will represent Yingde Black Tea in Paris, witnessing exciting Olympic events.
"红茶是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，茶文化与奥运精神有着深厚的共鸣。我们希望通过这次合作，将中国茶文化传递给全世界的观众。"英德市国畅茶业有限公司董事长詹永秀说。
